Very nice property, new and clean. Will sleep 8, but more appropriate for 6 based on bathrooms, main social seating area and dining table. Beds were comfortable. Nice neighborhood, good for walking. Garage space was great. Enjoyed our stay!!

We met up with old friends in Middlebrook. Such an interesting up and coming community. The house was perfect for 3 couples. Very comfortable and spacious. Very well maintained. Communication with Bridget was easy and prompt. Would highly recommend this stay.

This house was perfect for our sibling gathering of 6. The spaciousness of the kitchen and living room made our morning coffee, game playing time along with meal prep and eating very enjoyable. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms very clean. The house is located in an up-and-coming community about a 15 minute drive fromJorden Creek Mall and the airport. The host offered info on places of interest and entertainment in the surrounding neighborhood. All six of us agreed this is the place to gather for our next reunion!

We had a gathering for family and friends prior to wedding day. This is the second time we have rented and when we walked in for the second time it felt like walking into our home again. The layout is open, large rooms and nicely decorated. Wish it was our house.

Beautiful & very clean home in great location. Layout worked well with enough bedrooms/bathrooms for our girlfriend get together. Three car garage was nice to be able to access & use. We stayed in Des Moines with friends and family the first week of June! The house was clean and spacious and had everything that we needed. Check in was a breeze and I was contacted back with any questions in a timely manner. Thank you for a great stay!

We loved this property! Beds were comfortable, plenty of space for our family! Kitchen stocked (needs a can opener!) The Mercantile and Outdoor live music are a must! Farm Stand was stocked and provided fresh corn for a meal! Would definitely stay again m, if back in area!

We really enjoyed our stay for our girls weekend. The beds were comfy, the house was very clean and well-maintained, and the kitchen had everything we needed. There is a fair amount of road noise. We took advantage of the Middlebrook Farm activities and enjoyed great local food and music. We requested an early check-in a few times and never got a definitive answer, but otherwise communication was timely and clear on the check-in process and check-out expectations. Would definitely recommend!

This is a beautiful house with a nice open floor plan, modern and in a new small town neighborhood. It was a surprise getaway for my daughter’s engagement. Wanted something open so family could stop by and gratulate the newly engaged couple. They felt like it was their new home and wished was.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this property. The house itself was absolutely beautiful and very clean, which made us feel comfortable right away. It was also well-equipped that made our stay easy and enjoyable.The neighborhood was fantastic, safe, and perfect for families. One of our favorite features was the nearby park, which was wonderful for the kids and gave them plenty of space to play.The home is located on a very busy road, so there is some traffic and traffic noise, but it didn’t take away from our overall positive experience.Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway
