We would like to clarify that both beds in the condo are queen-size, as advertised. While the living room furniture has been updated since the photos were taken, the overall seating arrangement and seating capacity remain the same as before. We understand that comfort is subjective, and we regret that the updated furniture was not as comfortable for your group as you had hoped. Our condo owners make updates and improvements to their properties throughout the year to enhance the guest experience. Unfortunately, it is not always possible to arrange professional photography after every furniture or décor change, although we do our best to keep our listings as accurate and up to date as possible. We also apologize if you felt your concerns were not adequately addressed during your stay, as that is never our intention. We truly value our returning guests and appreciate your past visits. We hope you will consider staying with us again and allow us the opportunity to provide the positive experience you have come to expect.

We appreciate your feedback. We are a rental company. Even though we are located on-site, we do not have control over the elevators or amenities as these are managed by the HOA. If there is an issue with any HOA related amenities, all our staff is able to do is contact the HOA and their maintenance to address any problems at hand. We do understand your frustration as it is just as frustrating for us not being able to do any more than we can at the front desk. We are glad the firefighters were able to assist.
