open-concept living area flows into the gourmet kitchen. The art throughout the house features

Company, and Vincent Frimpong.
Entertainment: A Sonos speaker system connects to 5 different spots around the home, and a
vintage vinyl record player sets the mood for your stay. For those who game, there’s a
Playstation 3 set up in the living area.
Office: Our home office space has a 5K monitor display, ergonomic desk chair, and an
adjustable standing desk to enhance your work-from-home experience.
Scenic views: Two front patios provide a perfect view of downtown Fayetteville. The backyard
deck provides a private area for soaking in the beauty of Mt. Sequoyah or open-air dining.

Please note: There are active security cameras at entrances to the front door, back door, and
garage for guest safety and home security. There are no cameras or recording devices inside
the home.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home. On the day of check-in, our system will generate a
code to access the home for the smart lock on the front door
