They location was absolutely great! There is a restaurant & store on the property as well. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Absolutely loved this condo! The views from the balcony are great and having the little concert venue on property was perfect for out weekend! Great cute place for couples although you can fit more but it was perfect for my husband and I! We will definitely be back!!

I want to address your feedback. You only reached out at checkout to mention finding a single hair on the counter. Had you let us know during your stay, we would have immediately sent the cleaner back to resolve it. Bringing it up at the end unfortunately gave us no opportunity to correct it for you. Our team works hard to maintain high cleaning standards, and while no system is perfect, a small oversight like this is rare. We’ll still review the unit for utensils and toiletries, but I do want to note that your comments would have been far more helpful if shared during your stay.

The unit I stayed in is a decent value for the money. Improvements could be made by installing new AC unit, better pillows and sheets would be nice.

We were able to access the unit 1.5 hours early without an additional fee. Unit did not include a hairdryer, but the property manager delivered a new one within hours.

Views and Location!

The short walk to the beach was perfect! There’s so much to do, and you can do a lot within a short distance. The full size kitchen and having a washer and dryer definitely made a difference. Our only suggestion was the king bed. It was noisy, and not very supportive. We will definitely be back.

Quick trip

We had a wonderful time. Description and pictures are accurate. There is a little bit of a walk to the beach but you can see that in the balcony pictures provided. Only in town for one night and was very happy we could book this condo instead of a hotel. Wish we could have stayed longer. We would book again in the future. Everything was nice and clean. No problems.

Great location.

Property was as advertised. Good view of the gulf, short walk to the beach. Beds were comfortable, having the hallway bunk beds for the kids are nice. Make sure to bring kitchen towels and scrub pads, could only find 1 dish towel. Pools were spacious, just little too warm not real refreshing on a hot summer day. Would recommend this property for any family of 4. Does have a pull out bed on the couch if needed more. But not much room a bigger family.

Everything was exactly as it looks in the pictures, a beautiful condo. The view was the absolute best part! We absolutely loved the Cabana Cafe on the first floor, the food is amazing! Pizza was delicious, wings and sweet potatoe fries as well! Giving it 3 stars because the cleaning service was TERRIBLE. When I first arrived at the condo, the floors were sandy and dirty and the stove was greasy like they had cleaned the place without care and in a rush. Other than that, my family and I had the best time enjoying the view and the beach.

Thank you very much for your feedback. I will bring it up with the housekeeper. I really wish that you would have said something when you checked in, because we are more then happy to send the housekeeper back out. I know she mops and vacuums every time, but with an all tile floor it is hard to get all of the sand.

Good, but needs some attention

The property is clean, but there is definitely some wear in the unit. Scuff marks and scratches are throughout the unit. There’s rust on the bathroom vent that could be painted. The TVs are not smart TVs so you can not cast your Netflix or streaming services to them. No dishwasher pods were provided but you are asked to run the dishwasher before leaving. This is a good property but definitely not great. Location is good, and beach access is close. Overall I would rent again

Seascape

Seascape and Ariel Dunes 1 are wonderful. The building and pool is clean and well maintained. Parking is good lots of spaces and security was always around. The condo we got was not in good condition. 5 wristbands not 6. Dirty utensils in the dishwasher, dirty towels in the washer. Broken chair and cigar butts on patio. The resort company was quick to respond but did not rectify the situation only an apology. So we had to do cleaning when we arrived after a long day at the beach. Not happy.

Previous guest left 1 washcloth in the washer. Dishwasher had 3 knives in back of rack. Since the guest complained after hours on a one night stay, we gave a refund versus sending the housekeeper back out for these minor issues. Guest had 4 people in his party and there were 5 wristbands.

No space

The unit sleeps 6 but there is no where to put any luggage. There are no closets and only one small dresser in the small bedroom. No hangers and no where to hang your clothes. There is a table but no room for more than 2 people to set at table. Kitchen has very few things, cookie sheet was rusty and needed replaced. 4 patio chairs but one was broken. Tub looked old and not inviting. The unit had Gorgeous views and I would only rent again for 2 people only.

These one bedrooms with bunks do sleep a lot of people but can get tight with luggage and belongings when you do have maximum occupancy. We wish we could change the floor plan and make it bigger as well. The pictures accurately portray the condo and the furniture so maybe one if our 2 bedrooms would have been a better choice for you. Nice vacation

The condo was nice. It was clean and had the basics. Location was great for beach access. A company sets up chairs and umbrellas to rent for a high price all the way across the beach right in front of the water, so you can’t set your own up in front. There were many others also with canopies and umbrellas so the beach was very crowded. The pools were huge and really nice. There was only one closet, off of the half bath, and it held all of the beach chairs and other stuff in the floor, so there wasn’t any extra storage for suitcases or anything. There were a few hangers in it, but more would be nice. Also no ironing board that we could see. Little drawer space in the bedroom. Maybe replace nightstands with some that have more drawers and a bigger dresser. Also suggest adding streaming devices on the tvs. Small investment for guest enjoyment. We didn’t cook any, but kitchen only had very basic cooking utensils and not even salt and pepper. Typically past guests would leave some behind. Would recommend bringing things from home if you plan to cook meals. We would return to this condo again. It’s a great resort.

I am very happy you had a nice time. We wish the condo had more closet space as well. In the winter time, our snowbirds actually use the bunk beds as closet space, but these condos are set up as many as 6 people and they do not have a lot of closet space. We also love to provide spices, condiments, coffee, etc especially since so many people leave things 90% full ketchup bottles behind. Even before Covid, we were concerned about open packages and people messing with food items and that why the housekeeper disposes of it. We are glad that you liked the condo and look forward to have you staying with us again.

Time at the beach

We enjoyed our stay. The size of the condo is fine for two people. The unit is a bit dated and could use some updating overall. Side note, the toilet by the bathtub has a loose handle and runs constantly.

Ok -needs updating with newer furniture

The walk was not bad to the beach but the furniture needs updating bcz the mattress was hard, the two twin beds have a very thin pad as a mattress, the walls have fingerprints and the couch was small and the leaf table in thf middle of the den is useless. The shower did not have good water pressure and one if the lamps switch in the bedroom is brokeh.

I wish you would have contacted us during your stay so we could have tried to fix some of your issues. While a bed is a personal preference and most of our guest like our bed, we could have dropped off a mattress topper since you like a softer bed. The couch is a standard queen sleeper sofa and gets used frequently. That is also why we placed a smaller coffee table so it is easier to move and does not take up a lot of room. This is all shown in the pictures.

We have a numeric lock on the door, so there is no check in. You can go straight to the condo and we do not have any hidden fees.
