**June to August, 2025:** Our beautiful beach home requires a minimum 7-night stay, with arrivals and departures on Fridays.

**Pet-Friendly:** Bring your furry friends! A $30 pet fee and a $300 pet deposit apply.

**Special Offer:** Enjoy discounts for stays of 7 or more nights throughout the year, except for Peak Season (Mid June-Mid August).

Welcome to our fully renovated, two-story, 3-bedroom, 2-bath home with garage parking and central air conditioning, located on Newport Beach Peninsula between Newport and Balboa Piers.

The first floor includes two cozy bedrooms and a bathroom, while the spacious upper floor features a primary bedroom, modern kitchen, dining area, and a sitting area with a large smart TV that opens to a lovely patio. The second bathroom adds convenience.

Location is key! The Balboa Fun Zone is just a short stroll away, filled with shops and dining options. Our home includes smart TVs, high-speed WiFi, a propane BBQ grill, washer/dryer, linens, and beach towels. Enjoy the outdoor shower and use the bicycles, boogie boards, beach chairs, and umbrellas we provide.

**Managed with Care:** Professionally managed by Sandy Shores Property Management for a seamless experience.

You're close to the Balboa Pier, volleyball courts, and fire pits. With over 30 nearby restaurants, shops, and boat rentals, excitement is right at your doorstep. For adventure seekers, whale watching tours and sailing excursions are easily accessible.

Our beach house offers complete privacy—no shared spaces. We’re available 24/7 to assist you while respecting your privacy.

Biking is popular here, with bicycles included in your rental. Additional bikes can be rented with free delivery. A public bus stop is nearby.

We provide two complimentary bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, and ice chests. You can also rent extra bikes, children's bikes, child bike accessories, e-bikes, kayaks, and stand-up paddleboards from our managers, who will deliver them right to your door!

The property's excellent location means that a car is not necessary, as several restaurants, waterfront dining options, Newport Pier, and a grocery store are all within walking or biking distance. Local transportation is also easily accessible. This unit, along with the front unit, is situated between Newport Beach Pier and Balboa Pier.
