Beer lovers... I am walking distance to Wrightsville Beach Brewery and Mad Mole Brewing and other popular restaurants.

Joe was a fantastic host! The apartment was the perfect size for two people, exceptionally clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Joe was very responsive and provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and places to explore. The location was convenient and the entire experience was seamless from check-in to check-out. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

The host is very hands on! We were asked to call him before we arrived for him to meet us at check-in. A little uncommon for a VRBO. He brought us into the unit & gave us a quick tour around, although it was not necessary as it was just a 1b1ba with a small living room. He likes to stay in touch during your stay so just be prepared to be contacted by the host. Wasn't an issue, but wasn't something we were used to at rentals. He was available when we needed something and that was helpful. Beautiful location but we were busy so only spent time there to sleep & get ready. Easy to get to restaurants & the beach from this location.

Great place to stay! The second we pulled up, the owner was ready to greet us and show us around! Offered up some places to eat and activities to do while we were there. Neighborhood is super quiet and very safe. The rooms were very clean, there was extra blankets and pillows, lots of kitchen supplies, and a comfortable lounging area! The stay was so great, highly recommend to anyone traveling here!

Perfect Getaway Spot

We had a wonderful weekend stay here! The accommodations were great, and our host was so helpful. It is centrally located and only took a short drive for activities either at the beach or downtown. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. We'd definitely recommend it, and will be staying there again!

Joe's place was the perfect stay for our trip to Wilmington for UNCW’s commencement. Extremely close to so many points of interest and nearby restaurants. Joe is super friendly and his place is perfect for a couple looking to chill after a day out in Wilmington!

Perfect Weekend Away

This was the perfect place to stay for a weekend away. It’s in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The place was beautiful. The host was extremely nice and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again.
