I can’t begin to tell you how much we loved the house. It was absolutely perfect and we enjoyed it so much. We had our two daughters and their families and we just kept saying how great it was with such beautiful surroundings. Also it had everything we wanted and needed. Thank you again so much for making our wonderful vacation possible!

This is our favorite place to stay in Tahoe. Check in and out is so easy and the property is so clean and well equipped. A nice outdoor space for kids and dogs.

The host makes you feel like family. He has thought of everything. The kitchen has every pot and pan, spices, and gadget you can think of. You truly feel like it’s your home. If you are looking for a home to rent , do yourself a favor and rent this home.

This house was great. My family of 5 had a wonderful time. My twin boys lived the loft sleeping area. The home is well appointed making for an easy stay. The kitchen had everything one could need: ample pots and pans, bakeware, instant pot, blender, juicer, multiple coffee makers. The spice rack was full, all the basic necessities and more. The hot tub was toasty and perfect way to unwind at the end of the night. Access to the paddleboard and kayak and proximity to the lake were a hit with my teens. We had a slight issue with the lock on the kayak but the owner responded very quickly and we were able to access the kayak. The location between Kings Beach and Tahoe City was excellent for proximity to activities, the grocery store, and dining.

The home was beautiful and very well stocked. It had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, along with thoughtful touches like extra towels and a cozy fireplace. Our entire family really loved the space and it is classic tahoe cabin vibes. The only other thing worth noting is the private beach and pier. It is quite a distance from the house and while it is closed in winter, we couldn't find it or figure out where it could be located. Just a note if you are going, but we hope to return in summer to check it out!!!

This place has it all

Great place to stay in the Tahoe area. Very clean. Well stock kitchen. Spacious rooms with three full bathrooms and bedrooms. Plenty of room for family gatherings. Would stay again.

Wonderful Cozy Home in Carnelian Bay

We loved our stay here. Beautiful updated, fully stocked kitchen, cozy living room area, great dining table for 8, comfortable beds & nice bathrooms. Hot tub on the deck was fabulous. Beautiful view through large windows. Highly recommend this home.

Great location!

We had a great time at the property! The location was amazing, with great access to snowshoeing across the street. The home was cozy, with a well stocked kitchen. The internet was very fast, and it was a really convenient location to stay with dogs. The host was very responsive and extremely accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Already talking about booking again!

Every single thing about this property is amazing. Beds were comfy! Place is clean and kitchen is very well equipped (we cooked gourmet meals for 10 people for a week and had no issues!) So many little touches that make this place top notch. We will be back for sure! Can’t beat it!

We liked our stay at this home. Easy to communicate with the owner and it had everything we needed. Some smell of cigarettes throughout the upstairs bedrooms.

We have never permitted smoking in our house. We stayed at the house ourselves immediately before this guest. The carpets were cleaned before our arrival and there was no smell of smoke when we left. This review was from a guest whose deposit was charged for damage by her dog,

Spacious house with awesome amenities!

Our stay at Richard's property was excellent! We had a group of 8 adults and our stay was exceptionally comfortable. The hot tub was a huge perk and the kitchen was plush with prep space, cooking surfaces, and kitchen tools. It made cooking for our group fun and easy to work in. Would love to stay here again. Highly recommend!

This property was really great. We really appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and other items available for guest use like beach towels and chairs and many other things throughout the house. The detailed instructions and information left by the host were helpful, and the host was very communicative and fast to respond to any concerns. The house and property were beautiful and relaxing to spend time in, and felt relatively secluded while also being conveniently located. We would definitely look to return to this house for future Tahoe trips.

Wonderful Winter Stay

My family and group of friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this very beautiful home. The house is well appointed and in a great location, with easy access to Tahoe City and skiing.The house is very comfortable and well cared for. IT has everything you could need and communication with the owner is excellent should anything come up! I would love to stay again one day and would recommend this home to friends. Thank you again for your hospitality, we had a wonderful time.
