Cottage style upstairs/downstairs duplex. Sleeps 6! 1000 sq.ft, 2 queen size bedrooms, one queen sleeper couch, one bath. Large covered terrace with gas grill, beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and cooler. Out door shower. Fully stocked kitchen. Separate parking/entrance. Separate fenced in yard/ terrace. Washer/Dryer. Pack in play, sand castle toys.
