Great location walk to Circles about 0.5 miles away (15 minute easy walk). Clean, quiet, unit with fabulous coffee bar including both keurig and nespresso machines. Lots of different coffee pods, creamers sugar substitutes. Nice dishes, cups and kitchen items. Clean fridge, nice bathroom set-up upstairs for the two bedrooms. Box fan in master really nice for background-noise and great sleep! Working TV's in both bedrooms and the livingroom. Excellent wi-fi and TV streaming signals. Great value overall.The only suggestion would be to finish the deck enclosure. One section of fence between the deck next door (behind AC unit) has not yet been installed. This was only a concern with our puppy and small grandchild. It would be nice to sit outside for morning coffee and evening sundet viewing without being concerned the kids and puppies stay contained on the deck.Overall would recommend this property for location and value. Thank you for a great stay at this townhome.

Visited family in Apollo Beach and needed a place nearby. Townhome is close to a couple of restaurants on the water and a fantastic coffee shop/ice cream shop. Place was clean and well appointed. Communication with host was excellent.

I’m an Italian/Brazilian girl who loves the water and could never live Florida. My husband and I enjoy boating and this is why we chose Apollo Beach. I’m also an avid reader and have been to many countries. Overall, I love to interact with people and hosting them.

Why they chose this property

Apollo Beach is a small town surrounded by canals. As an avid boat lover is totally worth to have a boat waiting go on my own dock/lift when I need to get into the ocean. Apollo beach is also a preserve area for manatees. Our Big Bend Power Station in Apollo Beach circulates water from Tampa Bay for cooling, then sends the water flowing clean and warm back into the bay. In the winter months the manatees leave colder waters to return to this warm and welcoming refuge. In sum, I love this town which is recently been booming people moving from all of over the country.
