Wisteria offers the perfect setting to live like a local Santa Fe in a quiet complex just a short walk from Santa Fe’s historic Plaza. The home is brimming with Southwestern charm, but still offers the comforts of a modern home.



LIVING AREA

The living room features ample seating around the Kiva fireplace, wall-mounted TV, and authentic native pottery collection. These offerings provide an abundance of ambiance for gathering and relaxing after a long day of exploring Santa Fe.



A queen sleeper sofa is available for your use.



KITCHEN AND DINING

The fully-equipped kitchen, adorned with authentic Mexican metalwork, is open to the and dining space, and is perfect for cooking from home. The dining table seats four.



BED AND BATH

Wisteria features two primary suites on opposite sides of the living area. They both feature en-suite baths, and a king and queen bed respectively.



OUTDOOR SPACE

Wisteria’s patio will make you never want to leave! A large outdoor dining table and gas grill are placed underneath the portal, which overlooks the beautifully planted walkway complete with a bird bath.

PLEASE NOTE:

- This home only allows hypoallergenic dogs. Please speak to a reservationist in order to establish if your dog will be allowed in this home. The homeowners monitor the home with exterior cameras, and our cleaning staff reports pet hair to us after each checkout. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fee.

- The fireplace is available from October 15th - April 15th

- If you have a small-medium sized car, you can park in the garage.

- Due to HOA rules, no more than two vehicles are allowed at this home.

The house is exactly as advertised. It was very clean and inviting. We were able to walk down to the square, maybe a 5-10 minute walk. We didn’t use kitchen much since we were enjoying the great food in Santa Fe but it had everything you would need. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Paradise in Santa Fe

Wisteria is truly a place for rest and relaxation after long days on the hiking trails. It is a little retreat decorated with the southwest in mind. Wisteria is spacious, clean and in walking distance to downtown Santa Fe. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Love this place!

Easy ten minute walk to the square, very nice beds and bathrooms. Perfect space for two couples, the rooms are on opposite sides of the house with the living room and kitchen in between.

Wisteria casita stay was the best!

We have stayed at the Wisteria more than once and highly recommend it. The decor gets you in the mood for Santa Fe and is so comfortable we often stayed in in the evening enjoying the fireplace and sunset. The location is close to all the venues downtown Santa Fe offers and yet easy and to get the road to Bandolier and Taos. We will definitely be back!

Well appointed, comfortable casita with everything we could want. We enjoyed sitting in the well landscaped and private front yard. We were able to walk everywhere and only took our car out once for one of the recommended day trips. Hope to visit again next year.

We really enjoyed our stay in this property. It was very clean and look to have been renovated recently. It was very close to the Plaza in fact walkable. Love the decor and there was very comfortable seating. Only negative is that the beds are very high, but comfortable. I would book with Two Casitas again.

Spectacular home

The home was beautifully decorated and perfectly located. The owners thought of EVERYTHING. I cannot overstate how well appointed the kitchen was with modern appliances and even coffee and snacks. It truly is an easy walk to the plaza and SO much better than a hotel. It was private, quiet and so si beautiful!

Fabulous Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Wisteria. The house is in a great location, close to the Plaza and many great sites to see in Santa Fe. The house is beautiful, with many nice amenities. Everything was well stocked and very clean. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the mornings, taking in the beautiful entry garden and views. The neighbors are all very nice as well. We will definitely be back.
