Hosts were wonderful to work with and communication was terrific!Unit was clean, perfect size for 2 and location was fantastic. Walkable to beach in 2 minutes and to downtown Carpinteria in 2 minutes.Will stay again on our next trip for sure.Thanks for a wonderful weekend getaway!

Great location, near all of the businesses on Linden Ave. Walking distance to the beach. This is the middle property on a lot with two other rental units; we were able to park in the driveway but there is also off-street parking. Bed was very comfortable with soft mattress. Shower had good water pressure and ample hot water. Walking distance to train station if you're traveling by Amtrak. We enjoyed relaxing in Carpinteria, but also took some day drives to Santa Barbara & Ventura.
