Such cute little place. Been here a few times. Close to everything. Park and walk all weekend. We love it and will always try to go back when staying in Carpinteria Super clean. With AC is a plus

The house was clean and orderly. The shops and beach are less than a 5 minute walk. Beach accessories available such as chairs, wagon, umbrella were an added bonus.

Hosts were wonderful to work with and communication was terrific!Unit was clean, perfect size for 2 and location was fantastic. Walkable to beach in 2 minutes and to downtown Carpinteria in 2 minutes.Will stay again on our next trip for sure.Thanks for a wonderful weekend getaway!

Fun times by the beach

Super cute! The rental was a quick walk to downtown Carpinteria and we loved being 2 blocks from the beach. Would love to come back again soon, thank you!

Great location, near all of the businesses on Linden Ave. Walking distance to the beach. This is the middle property on a lot with two other rental units; we were able to park in the driveway but there is also off-street parking. Bed was very comfortable with soft mattress. Shower had good water pressure and ample hot water. Walking distance to train station if you're traveling by Amtrak. We enjoyed relaxing in Carpinteria, but also took some day drives to Santa Barbara & Ventura.

The bungalow delivers an exceptional stay with a perfect location, easy check-in, hassle-free parking, and a very comfortable bed. In addition, it was very clean and stocked with everything we needed! It’s our new favorite place to stay in Carpinteria!

Cute property and well appointed. Parking situation is challenging if all three units are rented. Lines to create designated parking spaces in the off street parking area would eliminate confusion and be helpful for all guests to understand. Bed in rental is tired/sagging in the middle. A better shower head would really improve the shower. Overall this is a great rental.
