Good to Know Before You Book Pet Policy Up to 2 dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee. Dogs are not allowed in the pool, and an additional pool-cleaning fee will be charged if cameras show a dog in the pool.
Smoking Smoking is not permitted inside the cabin in order to preserve the freshness and comfort of the space for future guests.

Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 10 AM out of respect for neighboring cabins and the surrounding community. Sound travels easily throughout the forested mountain areas.
Pool Heating Information Pool heat is $150 per night and must remain on for the duration of your stay once selected. Pool heating must be requested and paid at least 48 hours before arrival. Pool heaters can generally increase the water temperature by about 30 degrees above the outside air temperature.
Requests made within 48 hours of arrival or after check-in are subject to a $50 surcharge and can only be handled between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Pool heating fees are non-refundable regardless of weather conditions or usage. If the outside temperature drops below 32 degrees at night, pool heating will not be available, and requests during freezing conditions will be declined.
Nature & Environment One of the most memorable parts of staying in a Broken Bow cabin is being surrounded by nature. Because this property is located in a wooded setting, guests may encounter wildlife and seasonal elements during your stay.
Deer, squirrels, raccoons, turkeys, and other native wildlife are commonly seen throughout the area. The cabin is professionally treated for pests, though occasional insects such as spiders, mosquitoes, beetles, ladybugs, or wasps may still appear, particularly during seasonal transitions or rain.
During spring months, pollen from surrounding pine trees may collect on outdoor surfaces despite cleaning efforts before arrival.
Keeping doors and screens closed whenever possible helps maintain a comfortable indoor environment throughout your stay.
We encourage guests to enjoy the peaceful surroundings while remaining respectful of neighboring cabins and the natural environment. Sound travels easily throughout the forested area.
What To Bring We recommend bringing groceries, condiments, cooking oils and seasonings, personal toiletries, coffee and creamers, bug spray for mosquitoes and ticks, ice, and firewood with fire starters for the outdoor firepit.
Starter Supply Details Housekeeping provides a limited starter supply of essential items, including:
- Toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags - Hand soap, dish soap, and cleaning supplies - Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash - Dishwasher pods and laundry detergent - Coffee supplies (pods, grounds, filters, creamer, sugar) - Hot tub chlorine for guest use as directed
These items are intended to get your stay started and are not restocked.
WiFi Disclaimer WiFi is provided as a convenience only and is not considered an essential service of the property. Because cabins are located in rural wooded areas, connectivity and speeds may vary due to weather conditions or regional outages.
Fireplace Disclaimer Fireplaces are available seasonally from October through April for guest enjoyment.
Closing Blue Water Ridge is a standout choice for guests who want a Broken Bow cabin with true retreat-style amenities and enough room for the whole group to feel comfortable. The pool, bunk setup, and spa touches make it especially easy to create a memorable stay.

The host was very responsive to any questions I had prior to and during the trip. The house was amazing and in a great location. We had a great Thanksgiving week with family.
Beautiful cabin, perfect location and wonderful host!
Perfect weekend with family! Our host checked in by text daily just to see if we needed anything. The pool was beautiful and fantastic to have since it’s so hot out. The entire family loved it! Would stay here again !
The property was perfect for our stay. We were in town for a baseball tournament and it was amazing to have the pool each day. The property was spacious, clean, and well equipped to cook.
Such a lovely house with all the amenities you need. This spacious house was everything we wanted. Such a great outdoor area with pool, hot tub, TV, plenty of seating and places to just sit back and relax! Communication was very fast and responsive with all our questions. Check in was so easy as well. We love this place and will definitely be back. Thanks for sharing your home with us!!

Thank you for your kind words! We are delighted to hear that you and your family enjoyed your stay and made the most of the amenities. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future!
We came to relax for a bachelorette and had such a great time! We paid to have the pool heated and it was definitely warm and cozy but don’t expect it to be hot. We had so much space and the couch was so comfy. If you need spices bring your own. Great stay!
Fabulous from beginning to end. The property was amazing - especially the pool! The house was so beautiful and maintained. We had forgotten to pay to have the pool heated, but one phone call and it was taken care of within minutes. We will definitely book this property again!

Great Spring Break Getaway
We had a great time staying at the cabin. It accommodated 8 people perfectly and had plenty of cooking utensils, yard activities, and the hot tub and pool were great despite the rain. It’s in a nice spot being located about halfway between Hochatown and Broken Bow while feeling secluded when in the back yard. The beds were comfortable and plenty of seating space in the kitchen and living room. Overall it was perfect with everything being clean, feeling safe, and most importantly it was a good time with friends.

Perfect Family Get Away
Our family stayed three nights at Blue Water Ridge and we can't wait to go back for a second stay. The cabin is better in person than the pictures. We enjoyed the hot tub and spotless pool and just hanging out on the back porch. Our grandchildren absolutely loved the climbing wall in the upstairs bedroom - it is perfect for smaller children. We love to cook and the kitchen had everything we needed. The cabin was spotless and it just made for a place that we really didn't want to leave!
The house was nice and very well laid out, but the pool was dirty, it had leaves all over the bottom that were slimy. The outside area needed to be tidied and blown off before our arrival. There were clumps of hair in all the corners and by all the furniture legs. When we asked for more towels they said they would check for us and we heard nothing else on the rest of our 4day stay. For the price I excepted all of this to be taken care of.

Great Cabin; okay management
The cabin was great, but there was some trash on the back deck when I arrived. Management was not always quick to respond. The door code was not set up properly when I arrived, so I had to locate management's number and call them around 9:00 pm to get access to the cabin. Luckily someone answered and assisted at that time.

Phenomenal!
This rental property was everything we could ask for. The view was beautiful, the pool was clean and big to fit everyone, we sat at night by the comfortable fire pit and enjoyed conversation. The house was clean clean clean. The kitchen was FULLY stocked. I've stayed at many VRBO that list fully stocked and they aren't. This property was. They have a super cute bar/coffee area to the side thats stocked and organized. The house stayed very cool for the hot summer days. Communication was on point! We would absolutely stay here again!
