The relaxed atmosphere at this beautiful home is perfect for vacationers who want to get away from everyday stress and who want to enjoy the untouched nature of Florida. It is located in St. James City on South Pine Island with a broad water way and quick access to the Gulf of Mexico.
This home has been completely updated. The house has 3 bedrooms with two full bathrooms with walk in showers. The open floor plan is awesome for a vacation with family or friends. Kitchen has new appliances (stainless steel) with large, attached island, family room (65" flat screen TV), and dining room are perfect when you like to invite guests. Swimming pool (heated), as well as the large lanai with comfortable outdoor furniture and a BBQ, invite you to relax and enjoy your fun time.
The cement patio on an extra wide canal is a perfect place for fishing or to watch Manatee and Dolphin swimming by! Bring a boat - it is only 5 minutes to get out to the Gulf!

Enjoyed our two week long stay! Very nice and quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed the lanai and pool on the sunny days. Loved watching the Manatees in the canal. Highly recommend!

Nice location near end of canal makes it’s perfectly private. Small heated pool great for a dip and relaxing after being out in the boat. Well equipped with everything you need.

It was really a nice place. Room for a 25ft boat at dock. Not much room for parking if you have a trailer. House is furnished nicely. Had a great time fishing!

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood. Being on the canal was great. Heated pool was perfect for a small group in March. No dishwasher in kitchen. Long drive to Sanibel. Would stay again.

This is a great house albeit in a remote location. Pine Island is great if you have access to a boat and love fishing, but remote if you are looking for beach experiences. The house has a wonderful heated pool and great spaces inside and out to congregate and relax. We did have an issue with accessing live TV to be able to watch the Super Bowl and Olympics that the host tried to fix with Xfinity but was not able to resolve during our stay.
