After a fun day at Disney parks or golf courses or you have shopped till you drop, you will surely find the villa a peaceful place to relax, an ideal place to unwind and a perfect place to recharge. Just a stroll in the neighborhood viewing citrus fruits, spotting Florida ibis and watching the sunset is enough to re-energize you for another day.

This home is suitable not only for short-term relaxing vacations, but also for longer-term working from home.

The villa is an open-concept design, boasting spacious rooms and plenty of living/sitting areas, with the comfort of a luxury hotel and the flexibility of your home. The villa is fit with elegant furnishings, quality linens, appliances, gadgets and utensils. You don't even have to go to restaurants all the time! The villa is 11 miles from major Disney theme parks. After a great day meeting Micky and friends, come back home and swim in the underwater lit pool or just soak in the pool side spa, savor the day's fun and let your imagination flow... The pool area is fenced for child safety, screened and with covered lanai. For sunbathing in broad daylight, comfortable loungers, patio table and chairs are there for you to catch the Florida sunshine!

There is a Pool table and a Foosball game - play some games after a hectic day could be a positive change of pace.

There is a family friendly living area with 42' TV, DVD and movies as well as a quiet sitting area to read a book perhaps!

There is a formal dining area as well as a breakfast table for you to plan the day ahead.

Kitchen is open-concept, fully equipped for cooking a complete meal or simply enjoy a drink or two. There are two patio doors in the living room/kitchen area open to the swimming pool/spa.

Property was easy to find and close to restaurants and grocery stores. Pool and hot tub were exactly what we needed to unwind andnrelax after a long day at Universal! Very clean and well stocked. When I booked my stay I was unaware that I would need to pay extra for the pool and hot tub to be heated. It was not apparent in the description. The host asked for 25 per day. I said that we'd only want to use the hot tub. To which the host replied that I could pay only 10 per day for the hot tub. For an ad that says no hidden fees, this felt dishonest, but for only 10 a day I figured I'd just stick with it rather than find something else.Come to find out that the hot tub really needs the pool to be heated or it takes 3 hours to heat up, and since we're not just hanging out at the house all day it's not even something we can use. The host refuses to refund the hot tub money.The house was nice and clean. The master bedroom carpet should probably be replaced as it's stained, but it's not horrible. The host was communicative.

Beautiful well appointed villa but it needs a good clean. Cleaning staff should have noticed the dust and dead insects near the bed in the master suite and the dust on the the doors and skirting boards. The bed valance was dirty and so were the tracks/runners on all the sliding doors. We were disappointed with the overall condition.

We hired a professional property management company to look after our property. With your early report, we can more effectively manage the performance of our property management company and cleaners to enforce our strict cleaning standard.

Great place to spend family vacation!

Pool was great. The location is close to everything. Pearl and Doug were easy to communicate with about the property. We would definitely stay there again. Overall, it’s a great place to stay at.

We came to the area to relax and check out Seaworld. This was a great place to stay. Nicer in person even than the pictures show! The pool definitely seemed bigger in person too! Lots of things close by and very great quick getaway for our family. Would stay again

The unexpected

Property was good as far as upkeep but pest control not so much. I had issues with spiders, waterbugs, ants, and I had to move out second night because of a mouse. Which I have a phobia so that didnt go well.

Sorry, about the problems as you mentioned here. We have this property for over 15 years and never got a report of a mouse in the house. It might be sneak in from door when it was open. Florida's weather is very friendly to small animals and pest. We have to be very careful! Do not invite them into the house via throw some food on the floor or leave the door open too long. Please tell us where you found spiders, water bugs and ants! As we stated in the welcome message, if you find anything please take a photo and send to us. We need your report with these photos to talk to property management company. Then, we can handle the situation as soon as possible. We hire professional pest control company to spray the property regularly. If we got your report as soon as you checked in, we can call the pest control company to get it controlled ASAP. If you only report it after you checked out without any evidence, you did not give us any time to get the problem fixed for you. We do not have any evidence to ask our property management company to improve their management performance. I understand you have Air BnB rental property. I wish you understand the rules and business practice of vocation rental. You also understand the negative impact your review to our property. We did encounter your type of "Customers" once and a while. However, the majority of our customers are very friendly and cooperative. They fully understand this is a very nice vocation home, not a 5-Star hotel.

Great Place

We stayed almost 3 weeks and everything we needed was provided. Pool heat for this time of year was perfect, we were able to use the pool and hot tub daily. We had one minor issue with the toilet handle and maintenance was there within minutes to fix it. Our only suggestions would be to think about changing the family room furniture as its not very comfortable. Thank you for sharing your home. We enjoyed our time there.

Great property

This property was great. It is a little outside central Orlando but 30 minutes from Disney, Universal and Seaworld in a great neighborhood. The property had lots of space for us and the pool was awesome. The kitchen is well stocked and we really enjoyed our stay. We will certainly rent this property again on our next trip.

Would Stay Again!!

Great house, we had a family of 7 age ranging from 4 to 73 and we all enjoyed the house. Plenty of room to relax after the long days at the parks. Multiple stores right down the street you can get anything you might need. We plan to return to Orlando for another vacation soon and would stay here again!

Very nice property and excellent location

Excellent communication prior to our visit and the property is easy to find and in a great location for Disney parks. There’s two supermarkets nearby. The property is a little tired and could do with a little TLC but overall was very nice and we would stay there again.

Mums 70th birthday treat to Florida

We have stayed in Vila pearl four times now, absolutely beautiful villa superb host pearl and Doug always available to help if needed and there team, beautiful and quiet large pool and Lani, everything and anything you would have at home is in the villa, we had the pool heated and was lovely and warm the villa is set on a very quiet neighbourhood , and easy to find close enough for all the shops and restaurants and parks but enough distance to get back to the villa and enjoy the private pool and piece and quiet, we have taken the grandchildren here twice they have enjoyed the villa and had the time of their lives, this villa is just perfect and we look forward to having many more stays here in the future thank you again Pearl and Doug and your team for another fantastic wonderful stay in villa pearl Kindest regards Danny and Sherrie and all the Family

Great holiday

We had a great holiday in this quiet community. The house was very roomy and well equipped. The pool area was awesome and the pool well maintained. The property manager was very prompt. As well, the owner was pleasant to communicate with and responded in short order. We loved this house and would definitely stay again.

Very well located, large house, very clean.

The house was more than perfect for our family of 5. Large rooms, 3 bathrooms, very clean all around. The pool was perfect and we all enjoyed it very much. Located close to the parks and the center of Orlando, yet in a very peaceful location. We didn't want to leave!

Ibis Hill property was perfect, close to everything. David was spectacular, had a couple minor issues, he resolved them very fast. Will stay here again. Wonderful neighborhood, great neighbors. I advise to walk around the subdivision, just beautiful. Thank you Ibis Hill we had a wonderful time.
