Welcome! This hilltop home truly is the embodiment of Vermont's natural beauty. Featuring 17 acres of land, stunning mountain views, serene privacy, this is the ideal location for family vacation in any season. Enjoy wraparound porch and relaxing hot tub.

The house has 4 bedrooms (5 beds) and 3 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has large windows which gaze over horse barn and onto rolling mountains. The master bath includes towel warmer and bidet. The first level features an open floor plan with dining room, new kitchen, sun room, entertainment area.

The perfect balance of convenience & privacy nestled into quiet mountains but only 5 minute drive from Waterbury. Plenty of nearby hiking trails, mountain biking, rivers and lakes(Waterbury Resevoir) and three ski resorts(Stowe, Sugarbush, & Mad River). Tour Ben & Jerry’s and Trapp Family Lodge.

Make your vacation memorable at this truly unique home. We hope you enjoy Vermont to its fullest! 4 wheel drive recommended in winter. Disclosure: For property security, there are 4 exterior cameras located on each side of house. They are located on the garage, one on each side of house, and one on back deck. These cameras are operational and may record video and audio. There are no cameras inside the home.

Amazing Ski Weekend in Vermont!

Our two families spent a great long weekend in Waterbury and enjoyed both Sugarbush and downtown Waterbury. The property was a great location and allowed access to the mountain, the town, and wasn't all that far from Burlington (which we enjoyed a stop on our way home!)! The house was truly a Vermont gem! Great layout for our 2 families with 5 boys! Enough room for us all!

Beautiful home

The home was beautiful, clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved the domed sitting room and gas fireplaces. We even enjoyed game nights in the 3 season porch that one of the fireplaces kept warm. The only downside was the extremely rainy weather which caused the road to the house to be muddy and slippery. The homeowners were very accommodating though. Definitely recommend to others and if we’re back in the area would love to rent again.

A Perfect Blend of Comfort, Adventure, and Relaxation

My friends and I had the most incredible weekend escape in Vermont, staying at a gorgeous house with a hot tub. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the cozy atmosphere and stunning views that this retreat offered. The house itself was nothing short of perfection - spacious, well-appointed, and immaculately clean. The highlight for us was definitely the hot tub, where we spent many evenings unwinding under the starlit sky, exchanging stories and laughter. During the day, we ventured out to explore the charming towns of Stowe and Burlington. The vibrant brewery scene in both locations delighted our taste buds with an array of craft beers and local flavors. We also enjoyed browsing through the unique shops, discovering handmade treasures and souvenirs to remember our trip by. Overall, our experience in Vermont exceeded all expectations, thanks to the comfortable accommodations, the thrill of adventure in Stowe and Burlington, and the tranquil moments spent soaking in the hot tub with friends. Incredible Mountain Stay

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this property and their host, Erin! Throughout the booking process, Our Hosts always kept in touch with prompt responses to any questions our group had. Our check in and out process were very simple and instructions very detailed. The property itself is gorgeous and the home was clean and tighty when we arrived. I’d highly recommend this for a relaxing getaway in the mountain.
