I loved the location and the privacy. It was centrally located to everything I wanted to see and do. I highly recommend this location for a stay. The rooms were very clean and stocked. Very pleased with the overall experience!

Nice property!

I enjoyed my brief stay at Sunshine Manors.I wcould have enjoy an area rug or two to soften the floor.Although the mattress and linens were exceptional, I found the low platform very difficult to get in and out of.

My partner and I enjoyed spending our first time and our 20 year anniversary at our rental. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable but a bit low. Well stocked with towels, soap, shampoo and toilet paper. We enjoyed a day in the pool even though it was a bit chilly to swim and enjoyed a couple days lounging in the sun by the pool. We enjoy walking and the location of the rental is perfect for walking to local bars and clubs and restaurants. We will definitely be booking another stay at Sunshine Manors. Thank you for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. ~~Braden & Nathan~~

Beautifully renovated complex.

I was very please with the room. The bathroom completely renovated. The shower, sink, and toilet worked great.The shower stall could use a safety bar/handle. The mattress and linens are top quality. But the platform bed so low that I had trouble getting in and out of it.is so low I

Great place, thin walls, noisy neighbors

Adorable and well updated, clean space. Unfortunately, I could hear everything from next door. Chopping vegetables, phone calls, and tv on all night (I had ear plugs). Owner was responsive to my text about noise and informed me the 10pm quiet hours, but The didn’t feel comfortable to say anything further.

It was very nice to be let into the unit early. Everything looks great even though no washcloths or hand towels there. The biggest problem that simple conversation came through a poorly soundproofed door between joined units. Because there was no internet there was no way to block noises or have privacy. The tv wouldn’t work as there was no internet. There was no radio. Other guests were told they complained too much quick is a totally NOT acceptable host behavior. What looks very good on the surface was a less than relaxing place to stay.

Hi David, We accommodated your early check in. My cleaning staff was still onsite doing the laundry and brought your hand towels just minutes after you requested them. Because you checked in 4 hours early everything wasn't completely ready for your arrival. You were never without hand towels or washcloths when you needed to use one. We answered every single one of your calls and texts throughout your stay. Unfortunately Xfinity internet service was having a service interruption on the second day of your arrival. The TV is a ROKU streaming TV and runs off of the internet. This is something we have no control over. We were on site and in contact with Xfinity but it was their equipment that needed to be replaced and we were at the mercy of their timeline to fix it. We have been Airbnb hosts for 9 years with 1,776 reviews with 4.87 stars. Unfortunately the internet interruption was out of our control. The units have shared walls and this is the first we are hearing about you hearing the voices from next door. You made 0 complaints though the VRBO app and after reviewing your text messages you only texted me about the washcloth that was remedied in minutes and the internet which was back up in 4 hours. We are sorry you experienced a 4 hour internet interruption from 12-4 on your 2nd day but the weather was gorgeous and you could have enjoyed the pools and lounge areas outside during that time. Sometimes things can go wrong we did everything in our control to fit it
