So close to campus, the softest sheets and comfortable beds are just a few things we love about staying here when we come to visit our children in college.
Great location and space. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of bathroom towels! Kitchen had all that was needed for cooking. The living room area was inviting and had great seating.
The place was very nice and clean. Great location! Everything was within walking distance or a 10 minute uber ride/drive. Also, Lee was very communicative and let us check a little early. Definitely plan on staying here again next time in town!
This property was easy to get to and the location was perfect for our stay. Nice to have paper towels stocked, toilet paper, shampoo and soap. The place was clean, the mattresses were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. We had great weather so it was nice to hang out on the patio right outside.
This was our third stay and it is perfect for visiting our college children. The beds are so comfortable and everything is always clean. The patio out front is a great place to gather and grill out. The location can’t be beat!
We enjoyed this property very much and the excellent accommodations provided to us. The owner was quick to respond and very helpful with all of our questions / requests. Would definitely stay here again.
Good communication with owner and appreciated the attention to one issue with the coffee maker which was satisfactorily resolved. Comfortable beds, clean property and great outdoor space.Thank you for a wonderful stay!
We loved this rental! Great proximity to campus, very clean/updated. We have a rental on vrbo, and we’ve always used this site for vacations. This rental was great, and we look forward to staying here again many times in the future!
Perfect location for all things University of Tennessee
It was perfect for my needs at the time. Dog friendly and very close to where I needed to be. Creative use of the space. Cons: outside lights in the patio did not work and it felt very unsafe that the door in the bedroom led upstairs to the occupied business, and there was no way to lock it from inside where I was sleeping. Anyone could have come into the area I was staying in
This place is a hidden gem. Tucked away but very convenient to downtown and campus. Very spacious apartment and well stocked and kept. We loved that it had 2 king beds as opposed to queens. Precious courtyard area is an added bonus!
We booked this property to be close to the tennis courts at UT to watch our daughter play tennis. It is a unique property, accurately described in the booking and so clean. The beds were comfortable and it was within walking distance of campus (food, the tennis courts). We would stay here again. Thank you!
