This cute 1400 sqft 3bdrm 2 bthrm villa is centrally located in Palm Grove. Everything to see and do in GT is right in your backyard. 5 min stroll to Duke St for local shops, restaurants and magical sunrise/sunset views! IGA, Cruise Center and the airport are a 5 min drive away.
The Villa: A bright open space boasts vaulted ceilings coupled with large windows that bring views of your backyard oasis inside.

The Indoor Space:
Upon entering the villa you will be mesmerized by the open living room, dining room kitchen area. A bright open space boasts vaulted ceilings coupled with large windows that bring views of your backyard oasis inside. Your main floor offers all this plus 2 bedrooms, a walk-in shower + 2pc bathroom, laundry room with main entrance access to the villa.
Upstairs is a loft style master which encompasses the entire floor. The space is equipped with an en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower + 2pc) and large closet.
The Outdoor Space:
The landscaped yard is fenced in and provides privacy from neighbouring homes.
Step outside through patio doors located on either side of the main floor, onto a spacious deck that wraps around the cottage. Get comfortable on the patio loveseats or sun loungers, grab a good book and settle into endless sunbathing. Don’t forget to apply sunscreen before hitting this deck though! The peace and serenity of the backyard has been known to cause a midday siesta!
