Colleen, the host was incredibly responsive. Location was PERFECT. Right next door to Rosewood Miramar and within minutes to everywhere you would want to go in Santa Barbara. We were there for a wedding and it was the perfect home for our family.

Great location and very comfortable accommodations. Colleen was very quick to respond regarding a few questions upon arrival and we would highly recommend this as a choice to stay when visiting the area.

We enjoyed our stay at Miramar Oasis! Three couples rented it for a wedding we attended at Rosewood Miramar Hotel. The location is right next to the hotel. We walked everyday to the beach and to the Main Street in Montecito for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The place is cute and comfortable. I will note there’s no AC but there’s one ac split system in the back of the house and breeze from ocean. The host, Coleen, is very nice and communicative.

Ideal location to enjoy Miramar beach, Montecito and Santa Barbara. Prefect layout for three couples. Kitchen was well appointed, including coffee supplies. Great communication with the host (Colleen).

This was an excellent VRBO stay for our family of two adults and two children in Montecito. The home was stocked appropriately with items to make the stay feel like home away from home with beach chairs, beach/pool toys, beach towels, kitchen gadgets and utensils and games/puzzles. The beds/pillows were very comfortable and beautiful. There were many thoughtful items like disposable ear plugs and sound machines as there is some road noise if you sleep with the windows open, as we like to. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor spaces equally and would be honored to stay here again. What a treat!

Three college friends celebrating a milestone birthday and we had a wonderful time. The location was perfect, couldn't have been better. Everyone had their own space but also had multiple areas to comfortably hang out. Would absolutely return.

Fantastic Santa Barbara getaway

We loved our stay even more than we expected to! It looked beautiful on the listing and was just as delightful in person. I've never felt so comfortable at a home that isn't my own. It was nice and quiet, the pool and outdoor area was lovely, and it was the perfect combination of an open concept full of light but still very cozy and private. The short walk to the beach each morning was ideal, and I enjoyed exploring the local neighborhood and shops in Montecito. There was clearly a lot of attention put into even the smallest details to make it a comfortable stay. Just wish I could have stayed even longer!

Beautiful home with great indoor and outdoor space

We had a great stay and loved how bright and clean the house was. We loved having two ‘living areas’ since our families were on central time and western time. The beds were comfortable, the linens were nice and soft and the bathrooms clean. We spent the majority of our time outside eating breakfast and dinner or enjoying the pool. We loved that the pool had a separate gate so we felt very safe with our toddler.The house is right off the freeway so easy access both north and south and we drove three minutes to Butterfly beach. We did not take advantage of the ability to buy day passes to the Rosewood but when we come back we certainly will. The property is right across the street and absolutely beautiful.The kitchen had all the pots and pans and utensils we needed to cook every night. The utility room had laundry detergent and even spot cleaner. They also had plenty of beach towels, extra blankets. The house was well stocked and very much appreciated.We will definitely stay here again if we come back to SB Montecito.
