Love this house!

Have stayed here multiple times and have always enjoyed my time in Pacific city. Although renting is a little high now days, the location to the beach is worth it.

Kiwanda Cabana exactly as listed

Kiwanda community and cabana was exactly what we needed, peaceful, restful stay. Enjoying morning coffee while the deer fed off our patio. Strolls to the beach to enjoy sunset, and many, many beach walks just blocks away. Lovely we will definitely return again soon.

Great little home close to the beach!

We had a great vacation! Not a long walk to the beach, and nice walking paths. The neighborhood was quiet and clean, we stayed in late March so it may be the slow season but it was very nice!

Great little getaway

The only issue we had was the door keypad, the buttons don't always work when pushed, it took about 10 minutes to get in and over a half hour to change the long code to a shorter one. But everything else was great, lots of towels and extra blankets which was great during our rainy stay. Very nice neighborhood, would definitely stay again!

Oregon Coast

Awesome location to lots of local and remote beaches! Seal Rock and Sand Lake are a recommended must see. Plus the local beach just 5 minutes from the front door.

Cozy beach cabin and great location

Great place for a weekend getaway. Just a short walk to the beach and into town. Saw a family of deer right outside the living room in the morning. Check in was easy and the owners were very communicative. Overall was a great place to stay.

Perfect location for our short stay!

Just two humans and a black lab on this trip! The beach was less than a five minute walk and perfect for a black lab and her favorite frisbee. Loved that the house was tucked back and plenty of room for parking. We enjoyed the last of the warm days of October with lots of beach time and fishing.

Easy a half mile walk either along the road, or down the beach to restaurants, grocery store, coffee. Very cute cabin, very nice for a family getaway.

Great location, perfect little house

This spot is amazing for taking in all of Pacific City. A short 10 minute walk to the beach where you can get ice cream, breakfast burritos, coffee, and beer from the Pelican brewery. Hike to the top of the big sand dune for an amazing view. Book a fishing trip with Pacific City fishing, we got our limit of rock cod and salmon! All in all it was a perfect vacation.

Nice, easy walk to beach

The house was clean and convenient, a little dog hair here and there, but mostly quite clean. It was a nice, easy walk to the beach on neighborhood pathways leading to the top of a beautiful dune with a somewhat steep descent down to Pacific City Beach.

Great location right in Pacific City. It's a small space but perfect for what it is. Bed wasn't terribly comfortable, but the fireplace made up for that.
