Perfect Spot!

We loved our stay at the bungalow! It had a great location in Phoenix to go everywhere we wanted and there was great local food and coffee super close! Jennifer was a wonderful host. We had all that we needed and more.

Perfect spot in a terrific location

This is the most charming bungalow in a great historic neighborhood. Jennifer has thought of everything in decorating the home, which has a feel that's the best of both lived-in and curated. The space is both extremely well-kept and incredibly well laid-out, allowing for privacy and separate areas even though the overall footprint isn't massive (it is a 100-year-old bungalow after all). And the piece de resistance is the backyard, which is sprawling and beautiful. But the best part is Jennifer herself, who is incredibly communicative and helpful and even shipped us something we'd left behind! Stay at this home if you're in Phoenix. It'll be the best decision you make when you're there by far.

Funky and Peaceful

This historic house is filled with good vibes, and the neighborhood has a wonderful groove. The big, enclosed backyard was hard to leave. I chose it over my museum plans simply because it was just so wonderful to sit and "just be" in that lovely, quiet space. Everything about this place was good for me, it pushed my re-set button and left me renewed in a very special way.

Fantastic little bungalow in a wonderful area

We booked this bungalow somewhat last minute to go to the Final Four and at first we were a little unsure due to it not having as many reviews but I'm so glad we found it. The place was super cute and very clean, the host left a little book with all the info you could need and good recommendations. The fully fenced in backyard was beautiful and just wonderful for our 2 dogs to spend time in, as well as a great space for us to relax since the weather was perfect. It's also nice there's covered carport so your car doesn't get hot. The location couldn't be beat, you can walk to a wonderful coffee shop (Dark Hall) and a great vegan restaurant (The Coronado PHX, awesome cauliflower tacos) just a block away. You're not far from tons of other great places, breweries, and downtown, but also in a very nice quiet and safe neighborhood. Overall the house was just perfect for our short stay but would be great for an extended stay as well, it had everything you could want, was clean and nicely decorated and it really felt like home. I highly recommend it if you're coming to Phoenix.
