Take a morning stroll to Cheesman Park and use our guest pass to explore the Botanic Gardens! Grab a coffee from a local roaster. Enjoy plenty of delicious dining options, wine bars, breweries, and ice cream. Explore boutiques, vintage wares, bookstores, and antiques. We love our neighborhood and hope you will too!

Garden-level apartment with private entrance includes a fully stocked kitchen with a two-burner true induction cooktop, dishwasher, full-sized washer/dryer, WiFi, and Roku TV. Quiet home unit with separate alarm system and street parking. Cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Easy access to public transportation!

Also includes *free* access to Botanical Gardens using our guest pass key fob attached to the apartment keys!

Great location

While this property is close and convenient to my family, I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting downtown Denver. Access to the botanical gardens is only one great perk- Cheeseman PArk is the best, and there are loads of food choices. The owners are responsive and friendly. We will return!

Fantastic Stay!

Thank you so much for a great stay in Denver. This unit was so perfect for me, just a few blocks from my daughter's apartment and perfectly appointed with everything I needed to be comfortable. Every detail of this space is very well thought out and I felt right at home. I had a couple of questions during my stay and received immediate and helpful reply. I couldn't ask for more and hope to be back! Many thanks!!
