This charming home is nestled on 22 acres of land, which includes a shared beach and dock equipped with floating picnic tables, providing direct access to the lake. The beach is about a 5 minute walk around the corner or a short hike through the woods, and less than a minute drive away. It's important to note that the beach, creek, and hiking trails are exclusively shared by guests staying at the Highland Lake Estate. While there are two other properties on the Estate that may potentially share the 22 acres during one's stay, most of the time, guests will have these amenities all to themselves. If anyone desires more privacy or requires additional clarifications, they can contact the management for further details.
