Nestled against the hillside amidst the beautiful red rock landscape of Southern Utah, this exquisite brand new five-bedroom five bathroom residence is the perfect place for your next Southern Utah getaway! This professionally decorated home is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood adorned with ancient petroglyphs. The property boasts an array of enticing amenities, including a private swim spa with tanning deck, a relaxing hot tub, putting green, bike cleaning station, and a stunning outdoor kitchen featuring a pizza oven! After a sun-soaked day, retreat to the large indoor game room for a spirited round of basketball, ping pong, foosball, or a selection of other engaging games. Equipped with 2 Smart TVs and an Xbox with 4 controllers, the entertainment options in the game room are boundless, ensuring endless hours of enjoyment and fun for all.

Hillside Retreat at Zion can comfortably sleep 20 guests or up to 24 with the assistance of 4 twin fold up mattresses. The main floor offers a spacious master bedroom complete with an office desk and an ensuite bathroom featuring double sinks, spacious shower, and walk in closet. Adjacent to the main living areas on the main level, there is a queen bedroom with a desk and a shared bathroom. Moving upstairs, you'll discover two king bedrooms with private bathrooms. One of these king bedrooms also has a queen sofa sleeper and a desk. The final bedroom is designed to accommodate large groups with 2 queen over queen bunk beds, a queen-sized sofa sleeper, and two fold out sleeper chairs.
The spacious upstairs family room featuring two arcade games, a game table, an 85” TV, and a Nintendo switch with 4 controllers adds to the home's ample entertainment options, ensuring a comfortable stay for up to 24 guests without the need to venture out for amusement.
Guests will be able to park in the 2-car garage which makes unloading and loading the car much more convenient and each level has its own washer and dryer.

The house was amazing! We had a wonderful time and I thought every space was so well thought out a carefully stocked. Proximity to pool and pickleball, the back yard, the extra space in the garage! Had a question for the management and they responded so quickly. Would definitely stay again.

The house was perfect for two families. We had the kids share the bunk room And adults took the primary rooms. Plenty of bathroom space too. The game room and toys were a hit. We loved the community pool too. The house was clean, well stocked and response time was immediate. Definitely recommend!

We love this place and everything was great except the trash bins were completely full when we arrived. That is super inconvenient with a big group like ours who likes to cook. Everything else was perfect, the hot tubs, the outdoor kitchen. Otherwise 5 out of 5

The house was as listed so no complaints at all about it or the location. The negative experience was with the property manager/service staff. On day one, I had a message that the pool guy would need to go through the house to add chemicals, which made no sense with a back gate to access the pool. The second day I heard a knock on the front door and as I was getting close to opening it I heard the lock opening and the exterminator opened the front door and apologized saying he didnt think anyone was occupying the home. I recieved a text on third day to move our car because somebody couldnt access the trash cans but our car was in the garage the entire time and I was told they had the wrong address. Check out time was 11:00 on the last day and a cleaning person opened the front door at 9:00 in the morning saying they didnt see a car so assumed we already checked out. Then at 10:30 the same exterminator guy from earlier in the week opened the front door again with cleaning staff behind him and said they didnt see my car so thought we were gone. I have never experienced anything so stupid or annoying when renting a home. There seemed to be a lack of communication between management and staff that we were even there to begin with and then the staff people just assume nobody is there if you park the car in the garage and just open the front door providing no sense of privacy or security while you are on vacation. Also, the driveway is on a 45 degree angle so not great to park on.

Friends Trip

Stayed at the property for a weekend with friends. Great place to stay even with the cold weather that weekend. The swimspa was great to enjoy while watching NFL games, plus there were so many other things to do in the house. Would be a great stay for families as well. Hope to revisit in the future.

The house with everything fun!!

We were traveling with our family. We chose this house for our family. We, we had 8 adults, two 5 year olds and three Littles under two. This house was the perfect space, every parent and young child had their own room, and the 5 year olds slept in the bunk bedroom. The house kept everyone entertained and happy with the heated pool, Jacuzzi, arcade, games, video games, etc. etc. The management was very communicative. We would rate this the perfect stay!

This place was awesome. It had so many fun things just within the house and everyone was entertained the whole time. The only thing I was unclear about, it said their were 4 twin beds in the common space but there were not. There was just four mats in the garage that could be used as beds. Otherwise everything else was perfect.

Beautiful home - inside and out

This home was beautiful! Great floor plan and very nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The two sets of washer/dryer units was an added bonus. Our family enjoyed all the outside amenities (hot tub, spa pool, grill) as well as the community pool and lazy river. We also appreciated the outside bike hose - was nice to be able to rinse off our hiking boots outside of the home. It was a perfect house for our stay. If you are looking to book with Red Sands, ask for Courtney. She was so helpful and offered premier customer service.
