Enjoy all the comforts of home in this charming house located in the quiet and quaint Morro Strand Beach Tract. This property has 2 comfortable bedrooms. The Master has easy access to an attached bathroom with a shower. A cozy guest bedroom, and a charming guest bath with shower & tub, along with an inviting living room with a view of Morro Rock. Also a convenient fully equipped kitchen, comfy family room with large flat screen smart TV and beautiful gas fireplace. Enjoy a BBQ on the backyard patio and warm up with friends around a cozy fire pit with a glass of wonderful central coast wine. The living room can be closed off for sleeping arrangements using either the sofa-sleeper and/or queen air bed. Our spacious garage will easily accommodate 2 cars and there is additional parking on the street. A perfect location for a romantic get away, your next family vacation, catching up on those crafting or scrap-booking get togethers or a quiet and peaceful retreat.

If you would like to bring a dog that's great, we just need to know in advance, and we do charge pet fees. They must be on your reservation when booked. Pet fees are priced per dog, per night and the VRBO BOOK IT NOW Quote may need to be tweaked if you are bringing your dogs. PLEASE CHOOSE CONTACT HOST, BELOW BOOK IT NOW, to inquire and AVOID THE 24 HOUR LIMIT TO BOOK. Thank you.

This home is approximately a 4 or 5 minute walk to the beach and approximately a 4 min drive or 15 minute walk to the dog beach. Enjoy surfing, boogie boarding, playing in the sand, and watching the marine life. You can relax in this peaceful environment, or stay as busy as you like. Taste the wonderful central coast wines, discover the great golf courses, foodies will enjoy all of the dining options. Or shop the farmers market in order to prepare your own wonderful meals in the fully equipped kitchen or barbecue on the patio. Stroll along the embarcadero, partake in the water activities (kayaking, boating, fishing, a brunch or dinner cruise, watching the otters). Visit the natural bird sanctuary and  Morro Bay natural estuary. Take a stroll, hike or bicycle along the community park and Morro Dunes trails, Montana de Oro, Bishop Peak and more. Visit the natural history museum, Hearst Castle, go birding, or from late October through February see the Monarch Butterflies in Pismo. From mid-March to mid-September the elephant seals are present just north of Cambria. Whatever you choose you are sure to have a memorable vacation.

I don’t post reviews very often but really felt our stay was great from start to finish. We had a wonderful time here. The amenities are fantastic especially if you like to cook - everything we needed was there. We were there over Christmas and the weather was rainy, cold and windy but we were cozy and comfortable. I had some problems with the VRBO app but Peggy worked with me until we got everything figured out. She was also THE most responsive owner I’ve ever worked with when renting a vacation home. I highly recommend this rental!!

We had a wonderful time at Capri By the Sea! The home was both cozy and spacious, and the backyard was lovely and comfortable for relaxing in the evenings. As a family who loves to cook, we appreciated that the kitchen was well set up and fully stocked with all the utensils we needed and well organized. Cozy weekend at Capri

We came for a family weekend to see the Cayucos and Morro Bay areas. This home was so perfectly placed in the middle. We spent a whole day at the beach that is walking distance from the house. We drove easily between the coastal cities. The home itself is wonderfully furnished and organized in a great way. Everything exactly as you would hope a beach house to be. If you're looking for a helpful host, I felt great knowing she was available for issues but also checked in to make sure we had everything we needed.

Family time in a beautiful place

We had a fantastic time with our family—four adults and one five-year-old. We loved that there were games, plenty of high quality cookware, and beach stuff. We walked back and forth to the beach several times each day, which took no longer than three minutes each way. The proximity to the ocean, spacious living rooms and bedrooms, and the clean, organized, and well-appointed space made it perfect for our time at the beach. Thank you!

We love this location with it’s down-to-earth and friendly neighbors. We love taking our labradoodle, Zu Zu, wine tasting with us, and for a stroll along the dog beach. We also love biking and the wonderful choices of cuisine.
