Pine Grove Retreat offers seclusion & privacy, and it is nearby to all the popular attractions such as Ohiopyle State Park, Fallingwater, Kentuck Knob, Seven Springs & Hidden Valley Resorts. These attractions provide an abundance of outdoor activities in the Laurel Highlands. With 4 large bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, this home can accommodate up to 12 guests.
The Property:
Guests will be greeted by the serenity that this property brings as soon as they pull into the driveway and cross over the two ponds. As guests walk up onto the wrap-around porch, they'll quickly look forward to spending the evenings in the company of their favorite people or the mornings enjoying a cup of coffee while the countryside comes to life.
When guests walk through the front door, the dining area is located on the left while the living area is situated on the right. Steps that go up to the second floor are straight in front. The dining room has a large table that can seat 8 people comfortably. A small table with chairs is located in the kitchen and can provide additional dining space. With large panoramic windows overlooking the front yard and ponds, guests are sure to have a pleasant dining experience. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating for entertaining or just spending time together, as the space features a large wood-burning fireplace, a Smart TV, and a built-in bar area.
The kitchen is located just off the dining area and is well stocked with everything guests should need to cook a meal for a group. It features a double oven range, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator as well as a variety of small kitchen appliances.
The main floor of the house is also home to the primary bedroom, two full bathrooms, and the library. One full bathroom is located in the hallway between the kitchen and the library and offers a large vanity, shower, and toilet. The library features a wall of books and reading materials, Smart TV, an area that can serve as a dedicated workspace, and a queen-size pull-out couch for additional sleeping space. Beyond the library is the primary bedroom which features a king-size bed, plenty of closet space, and an ensuite private bathroom. A highlight of the primary bedroom is the panoramic windows overlooking the front porch, front yard, and ponds. The ensuite bathroom offers a double-bowl vanity, bath tub, shower, and toilet.
Upstairs, guests can enjoy three additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. At the top of the stairs on the left is a bedroom that offers a king-size bed and plenty of closet and dresser space. Down the hall on the right are two additional bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other bedroom has four twin size beds. Both bedrooms also have plenty of closet or dresser space. A full bathroom is shared among the three bedrooms on this level. It has been completely remodeled to feature a double-bowl vanity, tile shower, and toilet.
All beds are dressed with high quality, 100% cotton linens and down bedding with duvet covers. All bathrooms are equipped with one bath towel, one hand towel, and one wash cloth per person that the home sleeps (12). Central air conditioning and heat is available throughout the house.
Outside of the house, there is an area where guests can enjoy campfires, play bocce ball, or use the swing set. Firewood is not provided, but a list of nearby firewood vendors is available at the house.
Guest Access:
Guests may enjoy the entire house and yard space to themselves. Guests do not have access to the barn.
There is no shuttle service to Seven Springs Mountain Resort, Ohiopyle, or Fallingwater from this home.

Al was the first real estate agent to focus his work at Seven Springs Mountain Resort, so Michele grew up on the mountain and had the pleasure of watching Seven Springs grow into what it is today.
