We had a great time staying, plenty to do at the house and lots of space. Would definitely stay again.

We all enjoyed our stay very much. The landlord responded to questions very promptly. The house is spacious and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The only usual item that wasn't on site was a hairdryer, and perhaps the landlord will add one to the inventory upon advance request. Thanks for a great stay.
Although we had some heating issues, the owner was responsive & came over personally to fix the issue. The retreat had character & had many options for sleeping & outdoor activities.
My brother and I took our sons and our father here for a weekend boys trip. We had a great time and the host was very friendly and responded very quickly to any questions we had. Would love to come back someday.
Very nice place to stay, and fairly close to Seven Springs
The house was clean and roomy for our group. We enjoyed being able to use the fireplace! The beautiful dining table accommodated us well. We had a little hard time finding a few things in the kitchen, i.e. foil, plastic wrap. Wastebaskets and tissues in the bedrooms would be a welcome addition. It was difficult finding the house in the dark in a snowstorm, but WAZE helped immensely! It is a beautiful location!
A gorgeous property, with many great details that are unmentioned on the website, that would be good to know in considering rental (lots of games, puzzles- also a very well outfitted kitchen with nice pantry with large cooking pots, crockpot, multiple 9x13 pans, cake and bread pans, springform pan, hand mixer, spices) which were a happy discovery for our family group of 10 who like to cook. The managing agency was not well aware of details and was able to answer some of our questions promptly, but not always accurately.
NO WASHER/DRYER, a consideration if on a week’s stay or with kids, but still such a comfortable and lovely home. Nicely remodeled bathrooms and comfy beds. Beautiful lawns and play area for kids and others. Enjoyed the nesting phoebes in the eaves of the barn. An enormous mussel greeted us at the edge of the pond. Thanks to the family for sharing this well loved home.
We stayed in this lovely, spacious house for an architectural weekend. The house's Normalville location was perfectly situated for reaching Fallingwater, Kentuck Knob and Ohiopyle on Saturday, and Polymath Park and Ligonier on Sunday. We enjoyed using the well-equipped kitchen and enormous dining table. The continuous wall of windows spanning the kitchen and dining area overlooks a vista of ponds and woods. Bathrooms were recently updated. The living room provided plenty of seating for our group of six adults. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
