It’s a really great quiet location, especially if you’re all over the place as far as wanting to go to Medford and Central point in Jacksonville and Ashland, which we did.

Stayed one night with my pup as I was passing through on my trip. It’s an adorable space, well decorated, and a beautiful view of the mountains. The linens and towels were of nice quality which I really appreciated (I’m a bit of a towel snob). Host was kind and easy to communicate with. The location is nice and close to food options, ect. I would stay here again. :-)

The little bungalow was very clean and was just had it appeared online listing. However the outside patio was a real disappointment. It was dirty, neglected and wasn’t interested in spending anytime outside.

We didn’t end up staying. The air freshener/cleaning product smell was too overwhelming and the shared parking/yard area was the territory of the owner’s dog.

I think that you were misunderstood at what this property would be. In the listing it states this is a shared property and that the yard is not fully fenced. You left out of your review that you didn’t even try to enter the correct property. You tried to enter my personal home. We have never had complaints about our cleaning products, I think that is just the excuse you have chosen because you chose a property that did not fit your needs. You did not even reach out to let me know that you had issue with the property that I could have possibly remedied. Unfortunate that you chose to leave a poor review when it was due to your own mistake.

Great studio space with lots of amenities packed into a well designed floor plan. Located in a quiet neighborhood, great view of the hills, close to Jacksonville and easy to get into oMedford. The kitchen has a microwave, toaster oven, single burner and a fridge so it’s possible to prepare light meals.

This was a great central location in Medford, OR so we could get to Jacksonville, Grants Pass, Williams, and Ashland. The studio was very quiet, clean, and much more comfortable than a hotel. Any questions we had about the property were immediately answered by the host, and we would definitely stay here again.

This is a nice quiet spot between Medford and Jacksonville. I was 10 minutes to everything, and only 15 to the airport. Very convenient, quiet and cute.
