Very clean, light and airy property perfect for our 4 night stay while in Tucson. Private parking off the alley was a bonus. Ufuk responded promptly to our questions. Nice little outside patio to enjoy our morning tea. Would definitely stay in this casita again!
This is a beautiful, well-equipped, quiet guest house. It is a bit difficult to find, but the host provides a useful Google search tool. Very convenient to Banner North hospital complex.
We arrived in Tucson much earlier than planned, and our host accommodated an earlier check-in time. Kitchenette was compact but well-equipped. The interior was comfortable and roomy enough for two. Delightful patio setting.
Property is fairly small but quite adequate for a couple. It was clean when we checked in and the kitchen area is small but well equipped. Bed was quite comfortable. Location is a block from Prince and Campbell so easy access to other parts of town. 5 min walk to a Safeway and to a great little French cafe!
Stayed over NYE, an excellent Casita as described. Very clean, very private. Quiet neighborhood. The host has everything you can think of provided. The kitchen setup is very efficient and clean. Loved the patio for mornings and evenings.
Pretty basic, but everything was as promised in the listing. Having the washer/dryer in the unit was great. The bed was too firm for us, so we brought a mattress topper to use while we were there. However, we are old with aches and pains, so maybe it would be fine for younger folks. Overall, it served its purpose, and is fine if you just want a base, and your going to spend your time out and about doing things.

Perfect for a solo traveler, or for a loving couple who just need the basics and not much space. Safeway within walking distance. Working class neighborhood, but not seedy. Property surrounded by new, high fence, so I felt safe. Quiet, except for neighbors' dogs who occasionally have bark fests. But these are infrequent and not loud. One neighbor has a black goat which talks in the morning. It's very cute. Host (who lives in the main house next door) is very courteous and responds almost instantly. Would definitely stay there again.
