Cute, Quiet And Meticulously Kept. This Private Studio Is Close To Everything.

We do not allow pets. We love them but some don't. Sandy is highly allergic.

This stunning private studio cabin has a private entrance with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. You'll have control of the temperature settings all to yourself. The walls and ceiling are constructed of cedar making this studio a great relaxing get-away for a couple or just one looking to escape from it all. There is a private bathroom with shower. Fridge/freezer combo, coffee maker, toaster, microwave for your leftovers, double stove top burner, plates, glasses, utensils, towels, Wi-Fi & Direct TV. All utilities included, with wi-fi and cable.
Everything is nearby: 15-20 minutes to downtown Tampa? Convention Center. 45-60 minutes from Disney and Orlando, 20 minutes to Busch Gardens and Adventure Island. 60 minutes from some of the worlds best beaches including Treasure Island, Siesta Key, Clearwater, St. Pete Beach and many others.
This is a prime location right in the heart of Brandon. The closest main intersection is SR 60 and Parsons. Close to everything including the Mall, Movie Theater, Restaurants, I-75, I-4, Parks, Library, Banks and many other things. All within 5 minutes. We have other units also, please inquire.

Location is great and for one person, it got the job done. I found the bed too hard and very uncomfortable as well as the pillows. I couldn’t get the futon to stay upright. Nothing the owners can control, but their neighbors dog was barking alot. But for the money, you can’t beat it.

The one room apartment had everything needed, other than hand soap. It was clean and quiet, and the bed comfortable. Unfortunately the WI-FI information posted on the wall and in the booklet was incorrect so I was unable to log in. There are 3 rental units and luckily when I knocked on the next door, someone staying there had the correct WiFi access information so all was well.

Hands down the hosts were extremely helpful to me! I messed up and reserved the wrong weekend and because the owner (even before I got there!) was incredibly accessible and luckily able to change my booking! The studio apartment is cute and cozy. The bed pretty comfortable. I enjoyed it. I would definitely go here again. Thank you!!

Sandy grew up in Guatemala City, Guatemala and is fluent in Spanish. She is a licensed skin therapist for over 10 years and specializes in many different facial treatments. We are proud parents to 2 boys. We have 10 + years of experience hosting on multiple platforms in over 180 countries. We are very knowledgeable of the area and can provide you with excellent dinning recommendations and can extend some discounts on some of the surrounding attractions. We await your arrival with open arms.

Location, location, location. Centrally located in the Brandon area you are close to everything. Safe to walk, or jog and there is Davis Park within walking distance.

We thought that this would be the perfect get away for any traveler looking to stay in central florida with the ability to make day trips to all the major attractions Florida has to offer. We personally have made many day trips ourselves and can recommend many places to go. We are close to everything Brandon has to offer and are only 15-20 minutes from Downtown and major attractions in the area.
