1600 square feet, 3 bedrooms house with two car garage, two blocks from the beach and about 75 yards from the community pool.
Hot tub on secluded back patio for WINTER renters.
Master suite and bathroom on entry floor and two bedrooms and bath upstairs.
Fully furnished, bring your suitcase and enjoy! Great front porch for enjoying the cool breezes.
Minimum renter age 25 (Homeowner Association Rules, not mine, no exceptions).
Computer generated, private access code for you only, changeable by you to a 4 - 6 digit code of your choosing. Code expires at the agreed upon departure time.
Declare your dogs if bringing them and pay the pet fee! Housekeeping charges more for cleaning up after dogs.
Note: Trailers of any type are NOT allowed to be visible on the property. No boat trailers, no jet ski trailers, no u-haul trailers, etc. If you bring a trailer that will not fit in the garage, you will be required to move it somewhere else.

Donna and I lived here for 7 years until we moved to Colleyville, TX to be closer to the DFW airport for quicker flights to everywhere our travel jobs take us. We lived in the area for over 12 years and once had two rental house on Sandestin Resort so we are experienced at keeping guests happy.
