Perfect location on the water! Easy walking distance to the beach and the restaurants on Andy Rosse Lane. A beach wagon and chairs are provided.

The house is appointed with new post-hurricane carpet, furnishings, and appliances. The living area is open concept with the living room, dining room, and kitchen all accessible and centered around a working fireplace with 20-foot vaulted ceilings making it seem even more spacious. Outdoor includes a newly built dock and working pool and hot tub, with an Outdoor barbecue and tiki hut bar .
