Easy access to the beach

We had a memorable stay at palacio 101. The room was great, easy access to the beach and an easy walk across the street for food. We would stay here again.

Great vacation

The property was great. We loved being close to the 1st level and not needing an elevator. The floors inside the unit were a little sandy/dirty when we arrived but it wasn’t a big deal. We would stay again!

Great condo/great time!

Very nice condo - one thing they don't mention is the proximity to everything - the stairs leading directly to the pool is just around the corner. Also, besides hauling luggage or a bunch of groceries, you do not have to wait on the elevators which was a plus!

Inside the condo was beautiful! Rooms were nice and had good amenities. View was perfect the weather and water was so nice this stay! Lots of pros. I do feel like I should mention a couple cons and not many that are directly about the condo. Only one elevator worked and I think with 12 floors the wait could be a while, we were fortunate that we didn’t have to use it much. Only one trash bag is given for your length of stay if it was one night or 7. The washer/dryer didn’t work the best more of the dryer than washer. You must wear the bands at all time to get to and from the lobby/pool/beach. Parking wasn’t bad the first two nights but very bad the rest of the nights. Overall I would recommend and stay again!
