Minutes to the beach and Intra-Coastal Waterway. 40 minutes to the cruise terminals, an hour to Orlando and all the theme parks. Watch the sun come up on the atlantic ocean and then drive an hour and a half and watch it set on the Gulf. Everything you could possibly want within a short drive. My husband and I are originally from Michigan. We moved here to Brevard County in 2002. We have 7 grown sons, 4 beautiful daughers in law and 26 amazing grandbabies. My husband is a disabled Vietnam Vet now retired and I am a Real Estate Broker/Consultant and Investor.

Why they chose this property

This is a great neighborhood in the southern part of our county. Minutes from the beaches, intercoastal waterway. Less than an hour to the Orlando International Airport and the theme parks. 30 minutes to the cruise terminals. Florida's beautiful natural springs surround us. Watch rockets launch from the backyard or take a trip to the Kennedy Space center which is just a few miles to the north.
