Step back in time when you step into this totally renovated Retro Ranch. Situated on 1/3 of an acre and backs up to park, yet close to EVERYTHING. Minutes to the beach and Intra-Coastal Waterway. 40 minutes to the cruise terminals, an hour to Orlando and all the theme parks. Watch the sun come up on the atlantic ocean and then drive an hour and a half and watch it set on the Gulf. Everything you could possibly want within a short drive. The property itself boast all new everything. It's comfortable, cozy and quiet. Watch rocket launches from the back yard. Beautiful screened back patio. Outside firepit and tons of room to relax.

Owner has thermostat locked in at 74, lowest it got down was 72. After working in the heat for 12 hours, I feel we should be able to control our indoor temp. She was very communicative, no other complaints. Would recommend!!

My husband and I are originally from Michigan. We moved here to Brevard County in 2002. We have 7 grown sons, 4 beautiful daughers in law and 26 amazing grandbabies. My husband is a disabled Vietnam Vet now retired and I am a Real Estate Broker/Consultant and Investor.

Why they chose this property

This is a great neighborhood in the southern part of our county. Minutes from the beaches, intercoastal waterway. Less than an hour to the Orlando International Airport and the theme parks. 30 minutes to the cruise terminals. Florida's beautiful natural springs surround us. Watch rockets launch from the backyard or take a trip to the Kennedy Space center which is just a few miles to the north.

What makes this property unique

We worked really hard to completely renovate this property from top to bottom. Everything was hand picked with class and comfort in mind. Decorated in a fun Mid Century Modern theme.
