Utilize caution when walking outside as Volcano is so moist that beautiful moss loves to grow here, regardless of trying to rid of it. It is slippery!

Please be aware that the homeowner lives downstairs and that only the laundry area is shared. The owners are not always there and are very quiet when they are. The grounds and home will feel very private for guest stays.
