Escape to Shelter Cove Harbor with access to Palmetto Dunes Beaches! This peaceful retreat is a contemporary 1 bedroom villa with stunning views of Shelter Cove Harbour and Broadcreek! In addition to it's premium location on the third floor of Captain’s Quarters, this condo is one of the closest to the water. The beautiful living design has been completely remodeled and has upscale furnishings and custom high end cabinetry. Located in a private gated community, the villa is within a 2 minute walk to Shelter Cove's quaint shops, local restaurants and numerous marina activities like boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing and dolphin tours.
The space
Upon entering this coastal inspired oasis you will be drawn to the covered balcony, the perfect spot for sipping your morning coffee, or a happy hour refreshment. Enjoy watching water birds, boats, dolphins, and summer fireworks right outside your sliding door. The custom kitchen boasts Monogram stainless steel built-in appliances and gorgeous granite counters and backsplash. The bath has double sinks, a large lighted mirror, and a large walk-in tiled shower. Equally refreshing, is the master retreat, with a king bed, a wall of closets, blackout drapes, and a whisper quiet ceiling fan. Stay connected with Spectrum high speed internet and cable channels on two flat screen TV's.
Other things to note
Per our HOA community regulations vehicles must be identified with a Palmetto Dunes gate/security pass. On the day of check-in you will pick up your pass at the Palmetto Dunes Pass Office: 3-7 rental nights $35, 8-14 rental nights $50, 15-30 $75, which is due when you pick up your pass, payable to Palmetto Dunes. This pass also gives you access to the beach parking in Palmetto Dunes at The Dunes House and The Disney Beach House. You will get specific details prior to check in.

Please read the house rules before requesting to book. We also adhere to the Hilton Head Short Term rental policies as well as Captain's Quarters HOA good neighbor policies. Security camera Ring Doorbell at outside entry. Business License 25059 STR permit 025059

We had a wonderful weekend at Shelter Cove. The condo was beautiful, very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The view was spectacular from sunrise to sunset. The host’s communications were excellent. I highly recommend and would definitely return!
