This completely remodeled cedar-sided home has a knotty pine interior. The living room has a fieldstone fireplace with a nine-foot patio door viewing the lake. The home has central air conditioning and two flat screen Tv's... New 16x17 air conditioned sunroom addition was just completed in October of 2021. The property is situated on a very level three-acre lot with 204 feet of private frontage. Seventy-five feet from the house and two steps down--you are at the water's edge. On the corner of the lot you will also have use of your own private boat landing. Great fishing and hunting, family water sports and snowmobile trails galore.
