Vacations are for relaxing, resting, rejuvenating. At the Edna Estate, you’ll find plenty of space to gather with your group, or escape for some time alone to recharge. This extra large bedroom with a long size bed is calling your name!
This beautiful Victorian home was built in 1906 (left side) and had an addition in 2000 (right side). In 2022, we bought the home and completely renovated the interior and yard, modernizing everything while keeping the beautiful Victorian details.

Hosted by SLO Cal Stays: Originally built in 1906 with large addition in 2000 - it has all the Victorian details, with a modern twist! This light-filled home is on 2.5 acres of country land w/stunning hillside & farmland views, less than 5 min to wineries, 10 to downtown & Pismo Beach. This large home is available in another listing to sleep 17, but this listing is for just the downstairs.

While we won't be always available in person, we are available to be messaged or called at any time.

Set out in the country, with a long driveway off the main road. Very quiet neighbors, with farmland all around. Several wineries are within a couple miles, downtown SLO is about 10 minutes away, as well as Pismo Beach.

You will be able to access the downstairs rooms only. There is also a greenhouse and workshop on the property that are off limits for guests.

The home is very spacious. Only the downstairs is available in this listing: 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry, and outdoor spaces. The 3 upstairs bedrooms are available to rent along with the downstairs in a separate listing. The outdoor space includes patio tables/chairs, a large fire pit, corn hole and a large hot tub.

Plenty of parking in the driveway, carport, and garage.
