As a family of three, we were looking for a two-bedroom rental. This condo is walking distance from Sail Bay / Mission Bay, as well as Garnet Ave where we could find numerous eateries, Trader Joe’s, Von’s, and CVS. Parking is available on the street, and we had no trouble finding nearby space.The condo offers a convenient layout that worked well for our family. Rooms were clean and spacious. We liked that it was located on the third floor, removed from the street. We did, however, find the WIFI a little spotty at times, and the lack of air conditioning must be taken into consideration for summer rentals.We found the owners friendly and responsive, offering to their assistance to help make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

The condo was clean which is one of the most important things to me! Beds were comfortable. The pictures make it look a little more updated and chic than it really is but it is light and bright! You are in a residential neighborhood so walking proximity to coffee shops, restaurants etc. is just that much too far IMO but maybe not during cooler times of the year. Street parking wasn’t bad. We were usually able to easily find a reasonable spot. Kitchen could be a little more stocked if you plan on eating in some. We came in July and it was hot. No AC. We left windows open all day and closed shades and had fans blasting in the bedrooms all day. It was comfortable to sleep by the time we went to bed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! It is close to the bay, 3 minute walk and it was peaceful to go down there but we drove to the ocean to hang out and swim . I’m just not a huge fan of stagnant water for swimming.
