Kayla and Nick were absolutely wonderful hosts. They were both so quick to respond to any questions we had. The house was very spacious and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Good location for access to Portland and cape Elizabeth which has a fantastic light house.
Everything was good for a large group of people we had 12 adults and 4 children under 4 for family gathering Spacious for a picnic in the back.Nice deck with table and chairs Beds very comfortable easy check in and out. Close to beach’s. We all enjoyed our time. Host very attentive answering any questions quickly on vrbo site
Property was clean. Hosts were so nice. Fresh flowers were on counter. It worked perfectly for our 8 adults. Location was excellent! Close to beaches and shopping! We would for sure stay here again.
This was our first visit to Scarborough, Maine, and staying at this Vrbo made the experience even more memorable. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The beds were especially comfortable—we all slept incredibly well, which made our vacation even more enjoyable. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful coastline, beaches, and nearby restaurants while still being peaceful and quiet. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made the entire process seamless from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our first trip to Scarborough. We highly recommend this Vrbo to anyone visiting the area and would gladly stay here again!
Perfect location! 10 mins to Portland and adjacent to our favorite Maine beaches! The house was comfortable and well equipped. Would definitely stay here again!
We loved our stay in Scarborough! The neighborhood was quiet, but close to both the beaches and downtown Portland. The beds were insanely comfortable and the hosts were great at communicating our whole stay!
The hosts Nick and Kayla are excellent communicators. The house although older was very clean and updated. The kitchen was well stocked with pots pans dishes, and cooking utensils. The living room is set up to seat 9 so that was great gathering place for games and just visiting. There is a train track that you can hear but not bad.
Beds were comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms in good condition. Plenty of parking. Neighborhood is quiet. Overall a great place to stay just a short drive from downtown Portland.
Large house with all the amenities. Quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Owners are extremely responsive. We could not have picked a better place to stay and such a beautiful town. Would recommend and would go again.
The house was in a perfect location with a beautiful neighborhood. The house was very very clean. Nick and Kayla were amazing to work with whether it was responding in a timely manner to questions or giving me the information for the house rules, check-in and check-out! Everything went smoothly and I would definitely stay in this house again!
This house was perfect for our family get-together that included six adults and a six year old. The house is located in a very quiet residential community; yet is close to beaches, amusements, and Portland. Communication with the owners was excellent and check-in was a breeze. The house was clean, well kept, and inviting. Whether we were eating in the dining room, relaxing in the living room, or sleeping in the bedrooms, we had plenty of room for three couples and a child. Highly recommended!
Our family throughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and welcoming property. Very spacious home with 3 full bathrooms. All the beds were so comfortable. All of my family said how well they slept and comfortable the beds were. Everything you would need is furnished and a very clean house. Inside and out. The owners were wonderful, accomadating and easy to contact. The proximity of the property to all things Portland and surrounding areas was very convenient. Thank you for making us feel at home and for pampering us thru our stay. Would definitely stay here again and again and again. Loved it!
Impression. Not a 4-5 star house at allThe outside, play area was unacceptable Dangerous Mold on the porch. Paint peeling off everywhere outside lights not working properlyCapet needs cleaningUpstairs the best part of the house. Beds good bathrooms goods. Downstairs needs refreshingWill NOT be back. David E. I have photos if needed. Not a top host. Nick did the best he could. But……..
I was planning a large family gathering and needed extended accommodations, ideally nearby to my home in Scarborough. The house was perfect-- allowing uncles, aunts and cousins to feel like they had a comfortable place that they could all feel at home in, including the two year old who was pleased to find some toys and other kid-friendly features. The house had everything they needed, is close to groceries and other provisions, and is only a 10-15 min drive to everything in Portland.
Importantly, the property manager was very responsive to the only issue that came up during their stay. It was extremely windy during the afternoon of check-in and one of the patio roof panels had come loose and was banging. Within a couple hours he'd arrived and fixed it-- can't ask for more than that!
