This place has an amazing view of the lake and is a wonderful place to stay if you want to enjoy the Penn Yan area. Very clean, with a nice size kitchen and host responds quickly. The hot tub is a nice bonus and has a great view. Great place to experience the Finger Lakes.
Beautiful lake front property. Has all the amenities- hot tub, fire pit, grill, deck, kitchen and location. Hosts were accessible and provided clear communication. Hope to come back again soon.
A very quaint lake cottage. My wife and I found it very charming and comfortable. Central location was very convenient. Cable, streaming and Wi-Fi were seamless. The grounds could use a little landscaping. Otherwise perfect.
It had everything we needed. Close to all the wineries. 4 mile drive to main street. We had a nice view of the lake. Very happy with our stay and hopefully we can come again next year.
Home was very cozy and cute. Perfect for a couple. Hot tub was a plus plus and very clean! Home was clean and well appointed. Would definitely recommend.
We didn’t use the hot tub but the house and bathrooms were clean. My husbnd cleaned the Weber grill inside and out and we used it every night. The host was very responsive to every question we had before and during our stay. Easy to get to, close to everything, a very convenient place to stay.
We loved our stay here! Everything was so clean and very warm & welcoming. The location was great and the views of the lake stunning! Would definitely stay here again.
Beautiful house and property in a great location. They had everything we needed to have a perfect weekend stay. The hot tub was clean and so much fun overlooking the lake! I believe we will be back because it was very enjoyable.
Not being maintained on the exterior of house lots of mold on air conditioning unit. Back yard dirty. Acorns all over and falling a lot. Mold on all chairs and deck steps. Metal fencing completely rusted. Worst of all Seneca lake properties we’ve rented by far.
From the moment we drove down the driveway, with the lake directly ahead of us, we were hooked. My mom has some mobility issues, including difficulty with stairs, so the easy access to this home was perfect! When we stepped inside, we immediately fell in love with this beautifully decorated and homie cottage; even the dining table was set in a way that invited us to sit down for a cozy meal. The electric fireplace was just what we needed for a little bit of warmth and ambience. The two sets of sliding doors out onto the deck were used constantly to get pictures of both the sunrises and the moon rises. While we didn't use the hot tub or the dock, both were incredibly inviting and we're sure would be well used by other families. The two bedrooms were very comfortable. Each one had a ceiling fan, closet, and lovely decor and bedding. There are so many activities and places to visit in the area. We spent an afternoon in Hammondsport at the southern end of Keuka Lake, and visited Weaver's Family Farm, just a few miles north of the cottage, which specializes in homemade quilts, homemade jams and jellies, fudge, and other unique gifts. We enjoyed flights of wine at Fox Run Winery, just one of many wineries to choose from, and explored some roads that always make you ask yourself, "I wonder where this might take us."All in all, we had an incredible time and hope to return next spring or fall. Thank you so much,Leslie & Ann
