Gorgeous first floor, two bedroom oceanfront condo in quiet South Cocoa Beach. Enjoy the sights of rocket launches and sounds of the Atlantic Ocean just steps off of the private patio. Scenic ocean views from the master bedroom and living room. Located about one hour from Orlando International Airport and Walt Disney World. Close to Port Canaveral, Space Coast Stadium, shopping, restaurants, golf courses, and the Kennedy Space Center.

Through the end of April 2026, this property is only available on weekends due to building maintenance during the week. Beachfront patio use maybe impacted as well as views by scope of work and machinery in yard.

Beautiful and cozy!!

My brother and his wife were in town to visit with our mother, who is currently living in an assisted living facility in Merritt Island. They just love the beach and beach decor, and this unit hit the spot! It is very comfortable and clean, well decorated, with great ocean views and beach access. Check-in is easy, comes with an indoor garage parking spot, plus an elevator is available, or stairs if you prefer. I would highly recommend this unit and would rent for my family time and time again.
