This cozy retreat offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. Wake up to the soothing sounds of the river just steps from your doorstep. Our well-appointed cabin provides a tranquil escape, yet it's conveniently located near hiking trails, Travelers Rest, and scenic drives. Experience nature's beauty with the convenience of modern amenities.

Scooby's River Cabin is right on the South Saluda River in Marietta, SC. Just a few minutes drive to the town of Travelers Rest, or up into the Blue Ridge Mountains.

We give our guests space during their stay but live in the Upstate and are available if needed!

Cool little cabin

Place is stocked up and clean. Has what you need to cook full meals. The access to the river was great, huge yard, beautiful wildlife and huge trees. We brought our old dogs and they loved the river and sacked out in the cold ac inside the house. Really close to several state parks.

Retrievers’ Paradise

This place was the perfect getaway for us and our two retrievers! The cabin is updated and very clean. It had everything we needed. The large yard and easy access to the river was like a playground for our Labrador and Golden Retrievers. The creek has very clean water and had an easy walk-out area as well as water just deep enough for the dogs to swim. The cabin is located in a quiet area and is not far from stores, a handful of restaurants and plenty of areas for great hiking. Table Rock State Park was the closest place we visited. It was also an easy drive to Pretty Place, Caesars Head State Park and DuPont State Recreational Forest. Our security deposit was promptly released after checkout. We will definitely be back.
