This condo offers a truly unbeatable location in the heart of Waterville Valley...you'll love being located within walking distance to the Waterville Rec Center, the town square, White Mountain Athletic Club and Corcoran's Pond, this cozy condo also offers a convenient location less than three miles from the ski resort. The warmer months of the year can be spent engaging in some playful competition at White Mountain Disc Golf or hiking along the Sandwich Mountain Trailhead. The cooler months are best spent exploring Alpine Adventures, Loon Mountain Resort, and Waterville Valley Resort. The area also boasts a plethora of local eateries and shops, ensuring your day-to-day needs are attended to.

After a day filled with adventure, settle down and get comfortable amidst the living room's wood-burning fireplace. Turn a movie on the TV and cuddle up on one of the sofas. When you get hungry, step into the adjacent kitchen where a full suite of appliances and ample meal prep space make your culinary creations come together with ease! The private area at the back of the condo features a gas grill if you'd prefer to sear your dinners while enjoying the fresh New Hampshire air.

What a perfect location to relax. Sometimes the weather doesn’t cooperate so you have to rely on a great wood burning fireplace and cozy, comfy family space. Wonderful getaway!

Great locationQuiet neighborhoodKitchen, bathrooms, bedding clean but entire condo looks worn.Outside the condo both front and back yards would get a terrible rating. A previous renter left chicken bones scattered in the backyard which my dog found before I did. A previous renter also hid trash bags in the wood bin that contained garbage and stunk. To the credit of the Vacasa staff local to Waterville, these issues received prompt attention for which we are grateful.

A very nice, well located townhouse unit in an attractive, nicely landscaped development. Furniture comfortable and good appliances including a washer and dryer. Beds were quite comfortable No air conditioning though which we definitely needed a few nights and no directions for heating system. We had some issues relating to the cleaning services using a strong solution with a lasting odor, and waxing the floors so they were slippery but those issues are totally fixable.

Very disappointing. Realize not a new condo. However, House is very beat up. Rugs are dirty and very old furniture. No tv control so had no tv. Several visible bugs. Drain in bathroom clogged. Portable ac unit did not work. Most lights did not work. Cushions on the porch dirty. Text the mgmt. company and only received automated reply’s. Try to escalate and never received a call back.

Beautiful Lake House

We stayed here with 10 family members to celebrate our granddaughter’s college graduation. The house was beautifully furnished and well equipped for our stay. We cooked most of our meals on the premises and had everything we needed. We saw in an earlier review that someone thought the house wasn’t lake front, not true! You crossed a small lane to get to the lake but the property on both sides belonged to this house, had a dock kayaks, andirondack chairs and a fire pit. It was amazing and totally lakefront! It is by far one of the loveliest Vrbo properties we have ever stayed in.

This is not a comfortable rental for a family. The photos look light and spacious- it is not. It is very musty. The cleaning service left all the carpets wet and the covered in a slippery film. The furniture is very old. I would not recommend this for a family at all.

Disappointing stay, would not stay again

We booked this house for a family reunion in July and were traveling with 4 family members who were in their 70's. After repeated calls to Vacasa about there being no ac in the house (or any fans) and it being stifling hot in the house we kept being told a local Vacasa representative would be in touch with us shortly. We missed over 3 hours of our family reunion waiting for a response and still have not received one (we are now home from our trip). Vacasa totally dropped the ball here on customer service and also in not listing the "amenities" of this property from the start. Only after speaking with one representative during our stay, did she state we checked and it does not look like this property has any ac. Then in checking the listing they crossed out ac which wasn’t the case when we booked the reservation! The pictures of the house may have been shot with a wide angle lens because none of the rooms are as large or as bright as they appear in pictures. Notes for other renters: there is only a pod coffee maker at this house (no coffee is supplied) and we were given one trash bag and when we asked for another one to replace one that had ripped, we were told we are only supplied one and to buy more. We enjoyed our time with our family but our stay at this house was disappointing to say the least. Stay elsewhere or if you are just coming in for a short stay, the local hotels and inns in the Valley are a better deal.
