Offering the complete Lake Okoboji experience...swim off the dock, fish for a West Lake walleye, walk down the sidewalk to the Amusement Park, coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping. Sit on the porch and listen to the weekend green space concerts, watch the parasailers and the Queen II leave the state pier, and take a late night walk on the lit promenade...all things Boji! Bring the whole family to this charming cottage that boasts five private bedrooms and additional sleeping space. The two main level bedrooms offer queen beds and the three bedrooms on the second level offer a queen bed (bedroom three), king bed (bedroom four), and twin over full bunk bed (bedroom five). The kitchen provides all the comforts of home including a dishwasher for quick cleanup. The patio offers a propane grill and covered outdoor space. After an afternoon in the lake you'll love the outdoor shower! You wont find a home in Okoboji with better views. Bicycles, kayaks, and Maui mat for traveler use.

Linen, toiletries, and propane replacement are also included in our concierge services included in the posted cleaning fee. Advanced Payment of 50% is due at the time of booking. Remaining Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Failure to remit final rental payment by scheduled due date may result in cancellation of your reservation.
All payments are refundable prior to the cancelation due dates. To protect your rental investment, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, no shows, or cleaning or maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.
Service fees may apply to guests who reserve online with a third party booking website. Third party services fees are not controlled nor collected by Okoboji Vacation Company, and as such are not reflected on reservation statements provided by Okoboji Vacation Company.
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the traveler if canceled between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund.
A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.
