Just steps away from the beautiful sands of PCB! Breathtaking views from this 13th floor condo at the Summit!

This condominium is located on the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, Florida. It is at The Summit on Thomas Drive. You will find yourself within walking distance of restaurants, amusement parks, golf courses, and more. Grills are provided on site if you enjoy cooking out. There is also a TIKI bar in the pool area which is close to the beach so you can get a cool drink any time without leaving the property. A bar and grill called Bikini Bobs is onsite for food

The Summit has two large pools for guests as well as both indoor and outdoor hot tubs! An exercise room is located on the ground floor near the lobby for guests as well!

This condo is beautifully decorated with more updates to come in the next few months!

The master bedroom in this beautiful unit has a king size size bed and a large flat screen tv. It has access to the 1.5 bathroom with a shower/tub combo, 2 sinks and 2 toilets!

The hallway has a twin size bunkbed!

The oceanfront living room has a QUEEN size sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress, a large flat screen tv and access to the oceanfront balcony.

The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything needed to cook a great meal! Including a coffee bar with a kuerig machine!

Washer and dryer available in unit.

Private balcony with glide rocking Adirondack chairs is the perfect height for breathtaking views of the Gulf!

Perfect getaway

Great vacation experience, we had everything we needed except for food and personal items not to mention right on the beach. Couldn't get much better. We will definitely be planning another stay in the near future.

Our Week

The condo was nice, no complaints there. However, the pools closed at 8pm every night which was very disappointing. On our check in paperwork said the pools were open until 11pm every night but they were not. I asked guest services about it and he said "we will continue to close it at 8pm until issues are resolved."

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful vacation location over looking the pool sand and gulf. Condo was clean but could use new bedroom furniture as almost ever piece was broken in some way. The dry was also in need of repair. Everything else was great and worked fine. Would consider again with new bedroom furniture.

Warning Do NOT STAY HERE!!

This was not at all what we expected! Upon arrival at midnight our condo door was wide open which was very alarming to a mother on vacation with teenagers! Door lock was very difficult to get locked! Very outdated and our experience was none short of awful! Most of the outlets didn't work in the unit. We had no hot water the whole time we were there for hot showers and this was given to our host which no one every showed up to look at it! The dryer door was hanging off the hinge so keeping that closed and trying to dry clothes was a whole other problem! Dresser drawer was falling off in the bedroom! No cable TV only Roku so that was a bummer! Out of all the times my family has been to the beach this was probably our worst experience ever! Of course we had to stay here because we had no where else to go short notice but never again! Communication was terrible as no one ever came to check on us after we notified!!! On top of all that the pools and hot tubs were shut down at dusk when they were supposed to stay open until 11! Not at all happy!!
