Easy access to St. Petersburg, Tampa and Tarpon Springs. Many stores and supermarket nearby. Condo is sunny and spacious with lots of storage for your belongings. Washer and dryer are in the unit. Kitchen has dishwasher and water filter in the faucet. It has 2 bedrooms plus 2 extra sofa bed for more guests. We welcome stays for minimum 30 days

My stay was good. Location was fantastic for my work! Communication with the owner was a little difficult since she travels.I had to extend my stay and the owner accommodated my needs.I would recommend this condo

This property was perfect for us as it met all our needs and wants- close to relatives, close (few min. from beach), comfortable king bed and queen in guest room, 2 bathrooms, dog friendly, free spacious parking with lit lot, inground pool, wi-fi worked great, and was surprisingly quiet! It is an old condo with some minor issues, but for the price it was 10/10 and was sufficient even with its issues like the elevator that didn't always work (there was another at the other end of the building), some blinds were broken and fell down because they were taped up (lol) and a bit of difficulty talking with host (partly her accent and background noise and part due to hard of hearing on our part. Overall, it is a great value, you won't find a 2bed2bath for that! Highly recommend for the budget vacationer!
