Beautiful property! Probably the nicest rental house we’ve ever stayed in. My elderly dad had the master bedroom and bathroom and was especially blown away, which was sweet. Great location, spacious living, and nice touches like sound machines, laundry sheets, creamer for coffee etc. We would love to stay here again!

This house was incredible for an Asheville wedding for my oldest son! Perfect location near venue! Basement was added bonus to host the groomsmen and his brothers for his big day!

This property was clean and had most everything you need. The towels were light in the kitchen and bath but the host immediately sent a door dash with more dish towels! I was very impressed. The house was exactly as listed but I would like others to know that the playground is down a steep hill in the backyard so the kids only used it once because it was a bit of a drag to access. Otherwise we enjoyed all the amenties and the simplicity of the house.

Korin is the most responsive host that I’ve ever dealt with in VRBO. Everything that is published about the house is 100% accurate and Korin is there to help you with any issue. You do have three levels in this house all with excellent views. We saw a large deer cross the road in front of the house. and a family of five large turkeys walked across the lawn one morning as if they owned the place. Beautiful house well stocked with starter Mr. coffee packs, Keurig coffee pods, cookies, large towels, paper towels, and toiletries. The 10’ x 10’ large outdoor patio hot tub heated to 104 degrees eased the muscles at day’s end. You won’t be disappointed. One thing to consider for seniors are the three levels and steps. I’m 84 and it was good exercise for me but something you need to consider for those with disabilities. The main floor with the kitchen and LR does have two bedrooms with bathrooms that don’t require steps. Plenty of TVs but turn them off and enjoy the incredible outdoors.

Stayed for a wedding and had two families of five under one roof. We all had our own bedrooms, bathrooms and space. Kitchen is huge. 15min walk to the main street downtown and the neighborhood is wonderful. If the need arises, will definitely go back.

Communication was very responsive and quick. The house was perfect for a large group of family members. The kids had a ball in the back yard. Kitchen was organized and clean. Missing large baking sheets and tongs but we made do just fine.We would rent this house again.

The house was perfect for our large group. Three of our families have babies and we were all able to stay upstairs while other friends slept on the man floor or basement. It was great for naps and overnights so that all of us adults could still hangout without concern of our volume.

This is the best vacation rental I ever had in recent times. It is huge with lot of bed rooms and beds to hangout. Basement is lovely and had multiple living spaces. If you need to stay near Asheville, this is the place. Beds, couch and kitchen equipment, everything is there..

The house was at a great location. Not far from Asheville, Black Mountain and the Blue Ridge Parkway. The rooms were all very clean and we had plenty of room. Loved the neighborhood; it was quiet and close to Weaverville. We spent one afternoon downtown visiting all the unique shops. All of us had to stop at Well Bred to enjoy some delicious sweets. Would highly recommend this place!

Perfect Place for a Family Reunion

Great place with lots of space for our large family reunion. The home was clean, was tastefully furnished, and the beds were comfortable. We had a toddler and babies along and happy that a crib and high chair were available, along with a basket of toys.

Fabulous vacation stay —perfect place

Property was perfect for us. Clean, comfy, a perfect walk into town—we hardly used our cars—great kitchen, glorious backyard that all our kids (and a couple of adults) made ample use of. A jacuzzi. The hosts super responsive. I could rave on, but if you have an outdoorsy family like ours, it will be perfect for you, too.
