This 5 bedroom 3 full bath sprawling Ranch home offers a simple coastal style that is both modern and comfortable. The home is host to a kitchen with center island and breakfast bar, a living room with a large TV, an additional living room with gas fireplace, and a sunroom with a dining area and couches – all of which are wonderful spaces for group gatherings!

Accessed off the sunroom, the back patio features a dining set with umbrella, a gas grill, and a spacious backyard to play lawn games or to sit back, relax, and enjoy the smell of the ocean breeze.

Other amenities include gas grill, central air conditioning, internet, cable TV, fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, outdoor shower, beach cart, beach chairs, corn hole, yard games, and linens and bath towels! Please bring your own beach towels!
